Struggled getting up today - roads much better - gonna be a long day and I have two big tests tomorrow.
Been studying - gonna be two hard tests...

10 (on knee) pushups
3 inch flatbread egg and cheese with onion and tomato
4 oz OJ
12 oz water
crispy chicken sandwich and fries
20 oz tea
water
smart lite orville popcorn 1/2 bag
can of peaches in lite juice
pb and j sandwich - don't feel like cooking and my hubby went to bed - so he can't cook for me.
** no smoothie, hubby asleep and very light sleeper -- I don't want to wake him with the blender.
