yesterday was amazing.. I got to meditate with a monk. it was very peaceful and centering.. there was also a meditation that was down with crystals circling a bowl.. never have i felt so at one and calm while meditating..
there was a yoga class so i got to do some power flo moves.. i couldnt do them all but i enjoyed some of it.
there was food demos.. i got to see about 4 cooking shows and try different raw crackers. i soooo WANT a dehydrator now.. I had some of the tatstiest date persimmon jam. and it gave me a chance to see a cooking class in action..
i got a chance to listen to two vegan athletes talk.. one was former nba and the other is a vegan body builder.. just reinforced I am choosing the right path for myself.
I also got a chance to pass out some fliers for our potluck. and really meet some cool people.. I collected some business cards so I can network for my health coaching.
I had a chance to learn about some foundations for feeding people later I am going to get involved with.. some amazing foods
there was all kinds of animals dogs, cats goats rabbits.. i got some squash tomatoes, zuchinni peppers.. i bought pumpkin seeds coconut sundried tomatoes.. there was so much there. I will definately be going back next year.
