Happy Easter everyone..
i have been eating more processed foods.. gf pizza crust, gf, pancake mix. some coconut milk ice cream..she knows im gluten free so she bought a few things with me in mind. even almond and coconut milk.. i think i have her daughter hooked on almond milk and shes even drank a couple smoothies with me.
.im ok with this. its not a norm for me.. im still getting in lots of fruits, beans greens,and veg.one thing thats increased is my choc and nut consumption..
so a friend asked me to do a 40 day lent. with him.. until june to give up certain foods.. cereal is still a trigger so it went in the challenge
the other things is nuts.. i will give up on snacking on them.. they have to be in a dish and im allowed one tbsp of pb.
this should help my gluten problem and knock me into the 150's cutting down on nuts.
if something isn't working you do something different. this trip turned out alot harder than i expected.i cant find a kb in this small town.. only twenty pounds. i cant lift it . the kids watch and play games alot because its so cold here. so they are stuck inside.
im working with her trying to give the kids attitude adjustments. trying to help them see they have to help their mom.. alot on my plate here..
