so I am learning alot from my school already.. primary food vs foods..
there are 12 primary foods
1.Joy
2. Spirituality
3. creativity
4. social life
5.home environment
6.relationships
7. physical activity
8.home cooking
9. health
10. education
11. career
12. finances.
all of these contribute to our lives being in a harmonious balance. they feed the mind, heart, body and soul..they make our lives feel worthwhile..
now secondary food is the foods that go on a plate.. when we use food to overcompensate for our lack of things missing in our primary foods..it may be your missing being in a relationship, you don't have a job you love.. you are having problems with your home environment.. whatever the case may be. whatever primary food is missing or out of sync in your life.
all of these take a toll on us emotionally and we turn to secondary foods to alleviate whats missing from our primary foods and that's when life gets all out of whack.
so pick 1-3 things to work on this week.. and start nourishing your primary foods that feed you heart body mind and soul.. and don't replace them with secondary foods eating through your emotions.. work on finding balance on the primary foods missing in your life.
