Goal

On its website, CK mislabels all snacks as "early morning snack".

RMR = 1145 (5' tall or 152 cm)
Exercise: 45 cal = 1 km (roughly)

GOAL: lose 24.4 lbs to 98 lbs.

2014
Mar 31 = 122.4 lbs (55.5 kg or 24 BMI)
Nov 01 = 115 lbs
Dec 01 = 111 lbs

2015
Jan 01 = 109 lbs
Apr 01 = 98 lbs (43 kg or 18.6 BMI)
May 01 = 95 lbs
Nov 01 = 98 lbs (add 3 lbs muscle over 6 mos).
