RMR = 1150 (target)
Target deficit = -400 cal
Goal = 97 lbs

Unlike the CK desktop software, CK online shows small meals throughout day as "early morning snack". This is most relevant with "wine" entries. :)

For my American friends:
28 grams = 1 oz
30 ml = 1 fl. oz
250 ml = 1 cup
1.6 km - 1 mile
