Feeling quite ill today, so the food has been a lot less than normal.
Morning: 30 mins brisk walk
After work: 30 mins brisk walk
- 1 vitaminwater
- 1 strawb Nutrigrain bar
- 1 MG bagel with cream cheese
- 1 protein plater (2oz cheese, 1 boiled egg, 1 slc turkey breast, 1 slc ham, 2 ryvita crackers)
