Goal
~ My blog: From Seed to Tree
~ To lose an average of 1-2lbs a week.
~ Gym w/ dad 3x/week + 1 more on my own
~ Lean meats, no dairy, veg & fruit and healthy grains.
~ To continue positive internal dialogue.
~ Weight goal : When my body & mind feels happy. About 155 lbs.
~ To purchase clothing in NON-plus size stores.

Feeling quite ill today, so the food has been a lot less than normal.


workout

Morning: 30 mins brisk walk
After work: 30 mins brisk walk


breakfast

- 1 vitaminwater
- 1 strawb Nutrigrain bar


lunch

- 1 MG bagel with cream cheese

- 1 protein plater (2oz cheese, 1 boiled egg, 1 slc turkey breast, 1 slc ham, 2 ryvita crackers)
