Develop healthy eating and exercise habits that I can stick to for life.
November 11, 2012: I need to lose about 25 more pounds. My biggest challenge is that when life gets either busy or stressful, my best-laid plans seem to fall apart. I want to eat healthy, but also to exercise regularly, both strength training and cardio.
Today was very stressful - problems with my parents' health that took about 6 hours to deal with. Very frustrating.
