skating ! boxing ! hula-hoop ! jump rope !
daily stretches and rolling and poses
5k with the dogs and spouse weekdays
weeds saturdays !

adductor cramps during the night


workout
16 laps [33 minutes] TIRED ! SINKING !
10 minutes stretches

p.m. loaded and rolled two wheel barrels of tree debris cut up [heavy. stopped when I felt some muscle... pop... right rear leg]


breakfast
sunflower seeds
mixed greens / lettuce


lunch
apple
sweet potato [salt only]


snacks
popcorn
shredded wheat biscuits [no sugar]


dinner
rice macaroni with oil & vinegar
