Goal
CURRENT WEIGHT:
- Nov. 20, 2006: 255.2 LBS -134.8 LBS TOTAL
- Next weigh in is on November 27, 2006

WEIGHT GOALS:
1.To weigh 260 pounds by end of 2006. (ACCOMPLISHED on 11/13/06!)

2. To weight 225 by the end of 2007.

FITNESS GOALS:
1. To be able to run 1 mile on the treadmill without stopping! (ACCOMPLISHED on 11/13/06 !!!!)
2. To ride a century ride (100 miles) on my bike in 2007.
3. To run in a 5k in 2007 and a sprint duathlon in 2008.
