1. To be able to run 1 mile on the treadmill without stopping! (ACCOMPLISHED on 11/13/06 !!!!)
2. To ride a century ride (100 miles) on my bike in 2007.
3. To run in a 5k in 2007 and a sprint duathlon in 2008.
