Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Another snow day!


workout
will do. rebounded for 50 mins incl. abs and weights ( while watching HGTV at home)


breakfast
quiona quiche - cottage cheese with a banana and pineapple with coconut. black/mango tea


lunch
hardboiled egg with olive oil. gf roll. red apple with ginger syrup


snacks
almonds and tea. small bowl of greek yogurt with ginger syrup


dinner
left over from last night- rice pasta with chicken sausage and asparagus with cheese sauce. rice cake with cream cheese and all fruit
