I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.
busy day- baby shower then a movie with john
yogurt with pineapple and coconut 2 rice cakes with butter and honey
fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon. turkey and cranberry. ice cream, mimosa. coffee with cream and a couple of lindt balls
honey mustard chicken, spinach, parsnips and onions sauteed. brown rice and 2 glasses of white wine. (tummy ache)- not sure why
