Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

none really except a 15 min walk

2 rice cakes with pb and jam


lunch
leftover chicken and veggies. red apple. iced coffee with cream


snacks
bread pudding with gf bread. tea


dinner
egg, kale, cheese and tomatoes
