Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
back down to 123


workout
gym after work.... elliptical for 35 mins


breakfast
smoothie- peaches, yogurt, coconut water, oj and avocado


lunch
2 rice cakes with avocado and cheddar cheese melted. melon. cuke with pb. iced coffee


snacks
almonds. 2 chocolates- dark


dinner
stir fry veggies- broccoli slaw, peppers, onions, celery and carrots over brown rice with cheddar cheese. small dish of greek yogurt with pineapple and coconut
