Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
cooler and rain. In a week I will be on vacation!!!


workout
went to the gym! ellipyical for 30 mins 5 -7 mins of weights and squats with abs


breakfast
cereal with milk


lunch
2 slices of pesto chicken pizza - gf. red apple ice tea. 2 gf choc cookies


snacks
tea. dark choc sq


dinner
2 egg omlette with turkey and parm cheese. salsa, red pepper sweet potato chips and 2 choc cookies
