Goal
sacrifice is giving up something good for something better

my ultimate goal is to someday compete in a bodybuilding contest


my notes
started at PTI - personal training institute - i feel grounded right now - coz the last 2 weeks i was itching to start but didnt know what to do - so i signed up for 1 month - at the end ill decide what to do


workout
1/2 hour at gym - whole body


breakfast
1 egg, oil, 2 wate


lunch
chopped turkey sauteed with broccoli, stewed tomatoes and little flower macaroni, almond slices, water


snacks


dinner
salmon ,mashed potatoes, big salad, 2 water
