Ok, when I started here in 5/07 I needed to lose 100 lbs. Now as of 8/19/2009 I've lost the 111 lbs. I've set a final goal for myself at 140lbs and work on updating my pictures, since that time I've gained 50 lbs back....so I'm back to working it out...I know what to do...I just need to stick to it.
