haven't "gained", but I haven't had a serious workout in 3 days, it's been thunderstorming/raining on and off all weekend and today, but of course lets up when it's too dark outside, boo. I plan to get a walk tomorrow and a pilates dvd as well. I need more toning/strength training in my routine.
