Goal
Get fit, Gain Muscle, lose fat.




my notes
took the workout outside yesterday, 3mile walk with hubby. I was way too exhausted for the normal spin workout... will be walking this evening w/ hubby again, errand day kept me away from home workout.

1.9 miles 43:19- quite chilly, so it was a quick walk
