I totally flaked out on myself today. The good news is I'm 2 days off of coffee at this point. I've decided since I'm gonna be freezing my eggs I'm gonna really get off caffeine and do everything I can for my fertility. The crap news is that I feel really overwhelmed right now and when that happens I just don't even pay attention to how I am taking care of myself food wise :/
