Goal
To become my BEST ME!:

*Green Smoothie everyday
*12 cups h2o daily
*take all my supplements every day

*Regular sleep cycle-aiming for sleep from 10 to 6:00 am (DST)
*Cut off eating at 7pm

*Exercise 30 minutes everyday (work up to hiking again)
*Meditate everyday

*Complete one year Sati Warrior Training (started 2/1/12)

*Really understand 'Women, Food and God'
*Do the steps in 'When Food is Food and Love is Love'
*Complete the 'Why Weight?' workbook
*A Course in Weight Loss


my notes
I totally flaked out on myself today. The good news is I'm 2 days off of coffee at this point. I've decided since I'm gonna be freezing my eggs I'm gonna really get off caffeine and do everything I can for my fertility. The crap news is that I feel really overwhelmed right now and when that happens I just don't even pay attention to how I am taking care of myself food wise :/
