Goal
To get down to 120 and have good muscle definition.

Heading back to MFP. Too quiet here.


workout
6:45am - 1 mile run (9m28s)
8:00am - 4x4 workout


breakfast
7:30am - 3 thin pieces of turkey ham.


lunch
12:00pm - mot. soup with 3 more slices of turkey ham


snacks
10:00am - small decaf latte, 2 choc. munchkins :(
