I'm relatively new here, so this is my first actual 'comment' to anyone! My goal has been to incorporate more green veggies into my daily routine. They are filling and can be really delicious. How about trying a green smoothie with some frozen spinach, almond milk, a half cup frozen berries of choice, a half banana (I freeze bananas on sale..peel them first of course!). Another good idea I got from Jackie last week...just cook up some frozen spinach, add diced tomatoes, some black beans and a quarter of an avocado. Delicious! I allow a small handful of rice crackers to for dipping and crunch! My new favorite 'go-to' meal. What also helps me alot is to pre plan my meals and snacks ahead..I have oatmeal made ahead (the steel cut kind, as it's chewier and more 'toothsome"..and then I add some berries, almond milk, a tsp agave, stevia powder and a tbl of almond butter. So good!
For dessert sometime a " Healthy Choice" bar is delicious..sprinkled with cinnamon, which not only tastes good, but adds extra antioxidants. This frozen treat can last a long time if I eat it mindfully, and tastes really sinful as it gets melty! Hope this helps you on your journey!

How have you been doing. I am so glad you went public. I won't have found you otherwise. I got really busy for a while, but now better. So, I have more time to log again. :)
