Diets I like:
Anything that will keep me strong at the gym, and on the road running those marathon miles. In other words, all things healthyful.


Workout of choice:
Strength Training & Running. And cross training on the stationery bike with some step mill @ 24 Hour Fitness.

Sometimes I do yoga.



My plan:
Train hard,
Train smart,
and have fun doing it!

If people look at you like you're a mental nut case, just smile. At least you're doing something good for yourself this day.



I need the most help with:
Qualifying for the Boston Marathon ASAP
