New goal: get to 170 by end of May 2012. That is, stick to a slow and steady weekly loss. With a Tuesday weigh-in, here's how I need to stack up:

11/8/2011 take a break till after the holidays
03/01/2012 181 - met!
03/08/2012 180 - met on 3/6!

Through diet, exercise and determination, I reached my goal of 165 by September 29, 2010. But as of January 2018, I'm at 185 and it's gotta come off.
Here's my plan:
-- More water
-- More fat, more protein, fewer carbs
-- No sugar, no flour, no alcohol
-- Exercise of some type every day
