My Goal:


About me:
I lost 50 lbs in 2009 with Peertrainer's help. Since then, I've slowly gained most of it back. I'm on a mission to lose those pounds and maybe a few more -- my ultimate goal is to get back to 130 within 2018.


Diets I like:
Paleo


Workout of choice:
I live at the beach and do my best to walk 2-3 miles in the sand 4 or 5 times a week. Preferably at sunset.


My plan:
Through diet, exercise and determination, I reached my goal of 165 by September 29, 2010. But as of January 2018, I'm at 185 and it's gotta come off. Here's my plan:

-- More water
-- More fat, more protein, fewer carbs
-- No sugar, no flour, no alcohol
-- Exercise of some type every day


I need the most help with:
Not getting discouraged when my weigh-in does not reflect the sacrifice
Overeating in the evenings
Staying motivated
