I am 41 years old. Before I turned 40, I wanted to lose some weight I had been gaining. I turned 40 and then said the same thing about before I turned 41. Now I AM 41 - I want to get serious about this. I am a member of a gym but just can't get myself to go.. I don't find anything that is motivating am hoping that by joining PT, maybe I can find a group or team that I can be accountable with. I am a born-again Christian, married with no children in the home. When I lost my job in Sept. of 2012, you would think that I would have so much more time to find to work out. NOT - I just got depressed and did even less.

Don't know of any that I have even tried. I don't know if dieting is the key - to some, maybe. I do know that having healthy eating habits with whole grains and plenty of lean meats and fresh fruits and veggies is a great way to go... getting that way though, isn't so easy.
