My Goal: |
To lose at least 35 lbs. this year 2014.
Doing push up challenge: First goal: to do one good form normal pushup with ease.
Squats remain at 50 a day - with a break every three days.
Walking with sis to encourage her - currently 3 x a week (10 min each walk)
She is walking to on her treadmill.
Taking steps at school - average about 83 steps a day, 5 days a week.
Lead, Follow or Get out of the way challenge on team progress not perfection:
CR (core rule) 1 : smoothie every day, mix it up and try new stuff
CR 2: 24 oz of water a day
CR 3: No more than 16 oz of pop a day
Supplement for cholesterol help:
Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 3- 1 pill a day
- Omega 3's = 640mg
- EPA = 325mg
- DHA = 225mg
- Other omegas = 90mg

About me: |
I am 42 years old. Before I turned 40, I wanted to lose some weight I had been gaining. I turned 40 and then said the same thing about before I turned 41. Now I AM 42 - I want to get serious about this. I am a part of the team "Progress not Perfection" and it has been great!
I am starting over - so to say - as I just haven't been taking care of myself - although I have been doing well back at school.
