Before:
This is the last time I will ever have been this weight. Tired of regaining to this. Roughly 120 lbs (55.5 kg)
After:
Essentially my ideal weight in October 2010. I *will* to get back into that dress in 2013. Roughly 100 lbs (45.5 kg)

Unlike the CK desktop software, CK online shows small meals throughout day as "early morning snack".

About me:
I am a professional living in Greater Vancouver, BC. I am 5' 0" (152 cm) and small framed, so my RMR is very low and I burn far fewer calories in exercise. I might mention here that the bit of brain which controls appetite strongly believes that I am a 6'8" lumberjack. Other important tibits about me: - I prefer goal oriented and positive conversations - I stay in groups in which we mutually support each other. - I am a skeptic. I am completely open to new ideas and suggestions with evidence.


Diets I like:
Vegetables, fruit, and low-fat proteins. Calorie counting. Exercise (walk, run, weights).


Workout of choice:
Jog-run. Completed about a dozen half marathons; typically three per year. My plan:
2013 January 01 THE PLAN 1) precision calorie counting. 2) no alcohol for 6 months 3) daily public weigh in 4) train for May 05 half marathon #12 5) habit formations WHAT I NEED HELP WITH 1) challenge me if I have not done one of the above 2) I am not at my intellectual or emotional best when I am hungry. Being calm and able to concentrate are powerful motivators for me to eat. I will have to take it minute by minute, and your help with that will be deeply appreciated.


I need the most help with:
I am greatly encouraged by the camaraderie of persons striving toward an excuse free and self disciplined life. I also find quite amazing and delightful people who have a good sense of humour and are interested in others. To help non-petites understand petite's numbers: 95 pounds is for me what 127 pounds would be for the average sized woman (BMI 18.6).
