Before:
Since I am just starting again I made the before and after picture the same. This is me at 180lbs.
After:

My Goal:

LIVE YOUR LIFE LIKE A THIN PERSON

Daily Ask Yourself:

What are the consequences of the choices I am making?

Will this choice bring happiness into my life and bring me closer to my goals?

Don't pursue happiness at the end of a fork, it only brings miserable consequences!!

Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.
Helen Keller

About me:
I am a 44 year old woman. I have two adult daughters that are on their own. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. It is something I have to keep aware of all the time or it is to easy to get back to the 170's Or 180's. I would like to get around the 140's.

Diets I like:
I don't like diets much but what I would rather do is keep an eye on my calories. Will keep calories between 1000-1500 daily. I am keeping track on my fitness pal and probably won't record the food here but I should write the calories daily.

Workout of choice:
Walking will be my normal workout. I purchased a fitbit and will try to get my steps up to 12,000 to 15,000 daily.

My plan:
Eat less :)

I need the most help with:
accountability, I love peertrainer because it helps hold me accountable for my food and exercise!
