Me and my youngest

My Goal:
Changing it up yet again. I've got an exercise plan in place, 2 days strength training, 3 days couch to 5k. It will take a few years to get to where I want to be physically, but I'm up for it. Consistency has always been a downfall, but not giving up.

As for my food plan - I'm going with the Cheat System. I can certainly make it fit my life, and that's what counts, right?

Looking forward to getting to know my group better - sorry I've been MIA - will work on changing that!

About me:
I am a stay at home mom and freelance writer and it is the greatest blessing to be able to do what I do. I enjoy reading, crochet, walking, blogging...anything to keep my mind from turning into mush! LOL

Diets I like:

Workout of choice:
Total gym and walking. Plan to train using couch to 5k - want to be in 5k June of 2013 - can totally do this!

My plan:
lose 35 to 40 pounds and make this way of eating my lifestyle for the rest of my life

I need the most help with:
Staying committed and not gorging myself on I hate carbs! (read, man I'm addicted to carbs!) ;-)
