goal for September 2014
**focusing on loosing 10 pounds
**increase exercise, add some brutal days
What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....
Another day ahead -- who knows what the girls have in store for me? I am still working on those food choices, but my activity is awesome !!!!!!!!!!!
