What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....
3ft. of snow --- today I will just be trying to get life a bit back toward normal... I am not sure if that can really be done, we'll see.
