goal for October 2014
**focusing on loosing 10 pounds
**increase exercise, add some brutal days
**watch water intake, need it !!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....
...And the next week begins.. this week I need to keep up the exercise. It looks like we may be having a rainy week ahead, which means 'speed it up' in the barn and get out exercise equipment around the house...
