APRIL 2015
** exercise everyday -- barn chores don't count
***gym visits - walks - horseback rides - sets of exercises - crazy challenges I come up with.

**water intake -- focus on food choice
** 150 miles.

What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
4-- WALK...
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....

my notes
I am so close -- I will reach my goal !!! Sounds like we may have a decent day-- time to get these horses moving.

3.32 miles to go !!!!!
3 hours of barn chores & 3.4 miles. SUCCESS
