February 2015 -- HIGH POWER FEBRUARY
***175 miles
*** Challenges, set by myself and team mates -- DAILY..
***log every day -- making SMART food choices
***Brutal Days 1x a week, more if feeling it -- exercise&perfect eating...

What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
4-- WALK...
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....

Yesterday was a good one for me -- and hopefully today will be the same... Focus on BALANCE today....
