goal for October 2014
**focusing on loosing 10 pounds
**increase exercise, add some brutal days
**watch water intake, need it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I have learned about me ----
1-- I have to eat all 3 meals... (more greens the better)
2-- grocery shop -- 1 major trip every other week
3-- due to IBS, have some carbs....
4-- WALK...
5-- a green as part of a big breakfast is AWESOME....

Rainy days, just are not great motivation for me. So I have a written list on my kitchen counter. I want to stay on plan so I avoid the holiday stress......
