Make a permanent lifestyle change that will stay with me for the rest of my life:
1. A healthy attitude towards food
2. Eating mostly fruit and veg, with everything else in moderation
3. A love for exercise and 30 minutes of it a day
4. Being comfortable in my skin and radiating happiness, calm, and a positive attitude
5. No more 'food panics', stress eating, boredom eating, craving, binging, opportunity eating
6. Staying healthy in all other areas (sleep, social, hygiene, study, work etc.)
