I am married, 31, and have 6 kids ages 12, 8, 6, 4,2 and 7 months. I'm a stay home mom, babysitter, and cake decorator. I like to spend time with my family, play cards, cook, clean house (sad but true), and anything else that's fun.

Hello! My name is Dev, I'm 27 and I live in Sydney, Australia. I lose focus and motivation quickly, so my biggest personal challenge is my personal battle with my own resilience.. So - Here we go again! :) I want to lose weight because: - I want to feel confident of myself - I want to buy clothes that I like without worrying about looking fat - I want to be proud of what I wear without hiding my body] - Time to make a change in life and turn it around. To do things I haven't done before and really go for it, weight loss is the first step to the rest of my life - So I don't develop chronic illnesses, already have 1 at the young age of 25 - So my parents can be proud of me - Look the best I've ever looked. To see what I look like when I'm not overweight, the real me can come out from beneath all this extra mass

I am a 40 year old Mother of 4 amazing kids aged 7, 5, 3, 2. Last year I was on a mission to lose 40lbs by my 40th birthday and run my first 5k. I accomplished both goals and now am trying to reboot the motivation to lose the last 20 lbs and continue running. I want to be an active healthy role model for my kids so they do not have to experience the same struggles I have.

My goal is to lose 15 lbs., and get back into my clothes (I have so many I cannot fit into!) Mostly, exercise is important for my breathing as I have COPD, which is under control. I feel that if I am more active, walk/run more, it will only benefit my lungs and keep me fit. If I weigh less, I think I will have more ENERGY and stamina! I have three boys, 17, 20, and 22. I want to be around a long time for them and my future grandkids. I'm 51 so there's no time like the present to get with it and get healthy!

Im a mother with a 2 year old daughter, needing to make some lifelong changes in my life.

I'm a part-time grant writer, part-time nursing student. Life is busy and I've put on 30 pounds this last year. I'm 32, married and hoping I can make the dramatic shift to eating according to ETL.

I'm 31years old. I am a dialysis patient. One thing I have learned is that even though I have this 'speed bump' life does not stop and it does not mean I should stop eating right or exercising. I am blunt and to the point with a wicked sense of humour

UPDATE: initially signed up for peer trainer..."Just turned 35. Married 1 1/2 years, no kids yet. Enjoy exercising, 99% vegetarian (still eat fish), have approximately 15-20 lbs. to lose. Unsure how all the fat ended up on my belly!" Now know that some extra belly is from my little "baby" Lily, 1 1/2, still married, eager to return to vegetarian lifestyle...pregnancy urges brought me back to meat, but my heart knows it isn't good for me. Heaviest I've ever been, besides pregnancy and worried about the habits I may be teaching my daughter.

Married 45 yr old SAHM returning to school to become RN. Children ages 8/6. Present weight 206 lbs/ down from 232! I have a much easier time exercising than dieting but improving. I love God, life, people, and all things outdoors!

I'm a happy & lucky girl of 20 years old. I study foreign languages (sorry for my English - it's not very good)))) I desire to establish healthy habits & quit my former habits forever)) I don't feel like starting a new life. Because I think we all have one life, which is unique. I'm a creator of it & I just want to turn in another way!
