I'm a 43 year old full time working mother of two kids who are 7 and 5. I want to lose 20 lbs and gain back the energy I used to have .














I am a retired nurse.Having problems with emotional eating.I know all the do's and don'ts of nutrition which doesn't help.My mother has recently had to move in with me and I can already tell my eating is becoming a serious health issue for me.I believe communication with others in a similar situation would be mutually beneficial.





























I love God, my husband, children, grandchildren, puppy children and my dear friends. I was in a car accident in 2006 that seems to define quite a lot of my life even though I try desperately not to let it.

i am now 33yrs old. I have a 6th month old baby and a step mom to a 13yr old who is involved heavily in band and 4-H that takes up alot of our evenings. I work full time and my husband works long hour days and works most Saturdays so it's hard to find time to work out other than at lunch. I used to work out almost every day and has slowly faded away to nothing after G was born. I have slowly started back working out but have a hard time finding motivation or time.

I am 62 years of age and a retired teacher. For over the past 50 years of my life I have struggled with weight and my body image. I have tried all diet programs from one end of the spectrum to the other to only gain back the weight. I have been a constant yo yo dieter. I want to stop this madness for once and all. My goal is to not crave food, but rise above these cravings and feel empowered by making healthy food and lifestyle choices. Recently over the past year I have lost 80 pounds on HCG and am on my final round with this protocol. I need accountability to follow through to the end of Phases 2, 3 and 4.





I'm 48, married to a wonderfully supportive mate, have a wonderful child on the cusp of adulthood, suffering with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, a bulging disc in my neck and a strong determination to be hopeful that the future holds a slimmer, healthier me.

I am probably the least motivated person when it comes to losing weight, watching what I eat and exercising. I HATE exercise, and know that I need to start if I want to lose weight.








I have a degree in exercise science and some certifications, so I have the knowledge. What I lack right now is the motivation. I have hypothyroidism which makes it hard sometimes. Sometimes my levels drop and it is a literal struggle to move. When I'm normal I run marathons and never stop moving. I was doing well until a couple of years ago when I got an injury and I just haven't been able to get the weight off since. I've lacked consistency. I really feel like if I had someone to be accountable to I might do better.











I am 37 years old, weighing 308lbs. My weight has been going up year on year and I am just exhausted with trying to stay motivated. I know what works, just not how to stay committed.

45 year old mother of 2. Recently resigned from an exciting high level job in Pharma. Job travel was too much & I wanted to be able to spend more time with my family. Previously lost about 90 lbs with a personal trainer & no carb system. I was very close to my goal when both parents got very sick and taking care of their needs was more important than the gym or good eating habits. It all fell apart! I have gained much of the weight back and cannot seem to find a good way to loose it again I presently have a broken foot which has been even more discouraging

Diagnosed 2 years ago with Type 2 diabetes at age 63 and have been taking 2 metformin a day, keeping carbs low, and H1A1C at 6.3 which doc says is good. But I need to lose 50 pounds - I believe if I do I may not need the metformin at all. Yet even tho' I am watching my carbs, logging all I eat and keeping calories at 1500 or less a day, I am NOT losing weight at all. Foot problems and neck herniated disks keep me from doing heavy exercises.























As of 8/5/13 i stopped smoking I after 45 yrs. 67 yrs old and for health reasons am now attempting to lose weight. Work at a public library five days a week. I love to read books both fiction and nonfiction. Belong to a book discussion group. Attend various programs at the library.
