53 years old, part time administrative assistant. Married for 28 years with no children. I'd like to increase my energy so I can work full time and not be too tired to also do fun things with my family and friends! I work at a church owned gym, but am at least 20 lbs. overweight so would love to get out of the overweight BMI category, but I want to do it naturally with Spirit-led gentle changes so I can give the glory to God rather than some extreme diet filled with rules and regulations!

I am a 40 something mom, wife & grandma a.k.a. Tanna. I'm also someone who struggles with a disability making weight loss difficult. I have something called Charcot Marie tooth disease which is similar to a mix between muscular dystrophy and MS. & I've been in a wheelchair since I was 14 years old.

38 year old female. I've always eaten a diet of whole foods and have vegetables in most meals and healthy fats and proteins. And I drink a ton of water. But I've also developed some bad habits, such ~2 glasses of wine a day, overeating wheat when I have it, dependence on having diary in most meals.

I am 50. My husband and I have been caretakers for the past 3 years and are transitioning into the next phase of our lives. Our children are grown and the youngest is moving out soon. I have not taken care of myself during the last 10 years. I could say that I just have been too busy taking care of others, but that is too simple. I have truly let myself fall apart.

I am 54 years young. I have gained 35 pounds from where I was in my 20s or even 30s! It's not just a looks thing although that bothers me too. I have some medical problems I am hoping would go away or decrease if I lost weight.

I am 49 and have two boys - 11 and 8. I have been married and have lived in RI for almost 15 years. I have been working from home for the past 8 years. I was super active prior to getting married - ran in a couple marathons, dance classes, biking. I even took 25 mile bike rides until I was 7 months pregnant!! After my 2nd little guy came along can't seem to lose more then 5 or ten pounds - and then the dreaded winter comes!!

44yo active "supermom" balancing demanding career and 3 school-aged kids, married. Always been fit and slim but since turning 40 have noticed a big change in metabolism and weight distribution. Toting along an extra 5-8 pounds as a result. Want to "reset" my body and habits.

I'm a 42 yr old mother of two boys (12 and 9). I did the cleanse a couple of summers ago and felt great, but slowly bad habits and stress won and I am hoping to get control of my health again and feel vital again.

I'm a 67-year old retired business education teacher with 30+years experience. I am married to the most loving and supportive husband. I have 2 wonderful and intelligent children and 4 handsome grandsons, who are going to change the world and break some hearts.

59 and turning 60 this year. Would love to finally get a handle on my yoyo dieting

I'm a 57 year old menopausal mom, grandmother and wife who still has some fire in her belly to explore and enjoy some adventures! I'm a photographer, scuba diver, traveler, and usually pretty positive person who really loves this great big planet. But I have to get some weight off and build some strength to keep enjoying life to the fullest.

I'm male, 42, married with 2 children. I am one of the founders of PEERtrainer.

I am 45 years old and an a generally active, healthy, fit person. I struggle with binge eating (SUGAR!) and trigger foods that lead me down the ugly path of self loathing (and weight gain).

Hi. I am 45 and fell horribly out of shape when I moved to NYC 18 months ago (tons of stress, horrible diet, no exercise). I did the cleanse last February and had GREAT results, without exercising at all (I am not advocating that approach - it could have been so much better). 4 months ago I finally re-established a solid workout routine and want to cleanse again and get even better results.

I'm a 71 year old active retiree. I have a wonderful 39-year old son who has lost 60 pounds over a one year period and want to develop the discipline he embraced to reach his goal. I participated in the very first Cleanse and know I need to detox and get on the wagon again. Looking forward to this.

I am a 42 yo gal who likes coffee, knitting, paper crafts, movies and all manner of geekery. I have recently rediscovered how much I love moving my body and feeling strong and healthy. This has become motivation for me to start exercising again. I am a subscriber to the "health at every size" concept. I do not like diets or anything that tells me what to eat and when. It's crazy but when I simply eat what I want when I'm hungry and stop when I"m full, I eat better and feel great. In doing this, I have found the way that my body responds best to food. My own scale is moving downwards, which is something I want. But I will NEVER tell anyone what to do with their own body unless they directly ask me to! :) It's your body, you get to move/feed it how you like!

44, y/o female. Married, mother of three girls, 25, 21, 18 and 3y/o G-daughter.

I am 43 and have a 8 year old and a 5 year old. I finally lost the weight I have been wanting to lose!

55 year old mother, wife and professional. Healthy all my life until recently. Strong faith and belief that by working together we can accomplish our goals.

single, full time working parent of 2 high energy kids (6 and 8) I love to cook (and eat) and actually like clean food...have a difficult time juggling all of the balls and not grabbing the easiest thing to eat instead of the best thing to eat.

I'm married with no kids but I do have two beagles which are what I consider "my boys". My husband of over 25 years is a chef and my best friend. He is as supportive and encouraging as any girl could want. Started the Freshstart Cleanse in August 2012 and continued a tight regimen for 2 years in which I dropped over 80lbs. Over the last 2 years I've slipped back into old habits and have put 60 lbs back on. I don't like it. I need the support of like minded people to help me modify all those bad habits I've begun again. I love the communities here on PEERtrainer. On Monday 04/25/2016 I'm starting the Cleanse protocol again. Long work days make exercise a difficult thing to begin again but I'm starting that process today as soon as I've "declared my intentions". There's nothing like accountability to keep me on track. So here goes... Peertrainer was a life saver for me. I know I can do it again as long as I stay focused and keep my eye on the goal.

Very busy person, full time job plus seems like full time volunteer work, very important to me to be a positive difference in the world

I am single. I have a dog, Jasper, a Boston Terrier. I recently joined a gym (01/01/14) and hired a trainer for 6 months.
