I am a mother of 5, ranging from 2 years old up to 17 years old. Between five kids, working from home, and maintaining every activity known to man, I have very little time to focus on myself. I plan on trying to change that! I love playing tennis, hockey, and doing projects around the house-or telling my husband what projects to do :)


47 year old wife and mother of a 12 year old son. Veterinarian, exercise instructor and avid horse back rider. Love to exercise but struggle with healthy, consistent eating habits. Keep busy so don't make time for "meals" like I should. Recently ruptured my peroneal tendon so am struggling to become more active again.


I'm 48, mother of 2 grown children, work full time. Until the age of 35, I wore a size 3. In the past decade, I have steadily increased my weight by 30 pounds. Part of the reason I struggle with my weight is because I work long hours at a mostly sedentary job. I do not consume too many calories, but I do not eat healthful, whole foods on a daily basis.











So I've done this before. about 3 years ago I was 210-215lbs.I lost a total of 50lbs. This was amazing. I've built up a lot of self confidence (which was actually one of my goals upon first starting with Peertrainer), I look and feel better. But now that I've been at 170lbs for about 2 years, I am starting to see myself as large again. For a long time my goal has been to be about 150lbs. I want to finally reach that. I deserve it and owe it to myself.


I am 44 years old and trying to lose 20 pounds. I want to learn to control my eating habits.


I'm 39 and live with my husband and 8 yr old daughter. She is really the inspiration for my taking care of myself. I have battled my weight since the 2nd grade and even though I have been at a healthy weight since the middle of college; it is always something I think about.


42, married, with two kids. This has been a stressful year, and I have put on weight again. PEERTrainer cleanse has worked well for me in the past. I'm looking forward to getting back on track!!


I'm 49 and my goal is to feel healthy and fit.. I struggle with motivation to exercise. My thyroid fights me contantly so I am trying to figure out the best eating plan that works for my body. I love all vegtables and generally eat healthy. Occasional over do it on chocolate and sweets if within reach. Moderation is not a stregnth. Work in progress...





I am a wife, mother, GRANDMA :) and high school secretary. I am 56 years old. I have had both knees replaced. and have arthritis in my hands, a foot, hips, back, and wrists - exercising is a must - but it hurts.


I am 56 years old and live in Winnipeg, Canada. I have 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.


I'm a 44 year old mom of two working out of my home and have a huge problem with bad carbs bread pasta chocolate chips. I also can't seem keep consistent with exercise. I guess I've never seen any good payoff.


In my 50s, retired, lots of family and travel, doing pretty well with workouts but need to get better with eating.
