I lost most of the baby weight after my daughter was born, but not all. And then after 2001 I gained almost 70 pounds. Since 2002 I've lost in increments and created new plateaus. I now want to lose the next 35 pounds and reach my goal. I'm 64 years old and have suffered from asthma and arthritis for 25 years. it is time to heal and be fit!

I am a mother of 5, ranging from 2 years old up to 17 years old. Between five kids, working from home, and maintaining every activity known to man, I have very little time to focus on myself. I plan on trying to change that! I love playing tennis, hockey, and doing projects around the house-or telling my husband what projects to do :)

Work as a secretary, which make been active a challenge. Four beautiful grand kids that keep me busy.

Just turned 50 and have been very sedentary for the last 4-5 years. I got flabby and fatigued. I believe that exercise and proper nutrition are essential and beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
