I'm a 46 yearl old wife and mom. It is time to make a change. I'm tired of my stomach dictating what I can and can't do.

Out-going, people loving, very happily married, woman. Small business owner (work ridiculous hours). Kids are out of the nest - still can't believe I turned 60 earlier this year (don't really look or feel it). I'm 5/2" short and pear-shaped - have always struggled with trying to get and keep weight off. I'm thankful that I have a positive outlook, and am a hard worker.

I am a mother of 5, ranging from 2 years old up to 17 years old. Between five kids, working from home, and maintaining every activity known to man, I have very little time to focus on myself. I plan on trying to change that! I love playing tennis, hockey, and doing projects around the house-or telling my husband what projects to do :)
