I am 66 years old and retired from education after 37 years. I have been somewhat overweight most of my life. I know a lot about nutrition and exercise, however i am not consistent. I don't like to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what to cook, much less take the time to cook it.

I like to run, but am terrible at routines.

I'm 33 years old from Dallas Texas.

Living in Texas means having to drive everywhere you go, no place for walking or biking, the infrastructure just doesn't exist. I have a sedentary routine and few time to exercise. Also, the food in Texas includes anything fried, lots of cheese, and carbs... I need to get away from that and start a good healthy diet.

Ive struggled with my weight during my adolescent years and now as a young adult wish to make life style changes i can carry with me forever. I can turn down just about anything but a plate. Sometimes i find myself eating and im not eveb hungry and this is my downfall. Food for me is more than just something to eat it seems like i fill so much more than my stomach when i eat. Its like im fulfilling parts of me thats always been empty. Im very self motivated and optimistic i believe through hard work dedication faith and good support that the weight can be lost

I get overwhelmed by trying to keep a house clean, work in my garden...I have health issues...lots of pain in my hip...i am put together with pins. I want to be an attractive healthy person as long as I live....someone recently said to me...what does it matter...we are old.....well, it matters to me. I am not ready to throw in the towel
