Married, 2 children: my son is 11 and my daughter is 8. I'm the co-founder of PT and I rarely have a free moment with being a wife, mother, running a business and everything that comes with it. I am focused on energy and health at this point after losing over 60 pounds; it's everything!









































Almost 50 and my metabolism has slowed WAY down.....have to really work at losing weight and building muscle
























































Im a Christian, wife and mommy of two.


I am 53, and divorced. I weigh 185, and I feel uncomfortable all the time.i feel old and unattractive. . I stopped dating 3 years ago, to focus on my new job, and become more stable career wise. I was at that time 160, and I felt a bit heavier than I wanted, but I still had some confidence and felt reasonably attractive. Between the job and my responsibilities to my house and kids, I have put my health and fitness in the back seat. I know that if I don't act now to get fit and slimmer, it will only get harder as I age. I am lonely, and I would like to start looking for a partner again, but I cannot "get out there" until I lose at least 25 lbs. I am looking for some motivation and support from other people who are trying to start over again as well.....in whatever way that means.











I am a fitness trainer with a BA in Physical Education and Health. I love my family and I love to workout and to help others realize their full potential.
