Business executive with only canine kids. I love to travel, garden, cook, and entertain.

I'm 26 and work in the lab as a research associate at a biotech company. I like the work environment, but the job's not very satisfying. On the flipside, it keeps my on my feet half the day and we've got a small gym in the building, so really I have no excuse!! I've been hovering around 135-140 lbs for awhile now; need to get myself together and FOCUS! Severely broke my leg in an accident years ago, and its keeping me from running. VERY frustrating. Am seeing a doctor for some ongoing problems, but its slow-going. Currently, running is on hold. :(

At the beginning of the year I felt horrible about myself. I re-joined my gym in Feb. I have been going almost daily during lunch time. In the beginning I really didn't see any changes, but I am now starting to see changes in inches, but not in weight. In July I committed myself to run the 1/2 marathon, Jan- 07. I am up to 10-miles on my long runs, I feel great and I am really trying to keep it all up. My eating is still challenging, but I do eat better than when I first started back at the gym. I turned 40 in August.

I got married in June and have been putting on weight since then. I was successful at weight watchers a few years ago, but have put just about all the weight back on. I'm looking forward to creating healther eating habits and living a more active lifestyle I can pass on to my future children.

I am a 22 year old professional in Northern Virginia. I just moved here and am trying to lose those college pounds. I graduated college in June and am now working in a gymnastics facility. I want to have more energy when I'm out on the floor coaching the kids. I just joined a gym that opens in the next few weeks.

Currently extremely unhappy with my appearance. I weigh 182.5, I'm 5'6". It's got to go. I have 3 teenagers and a 6 year old that keep me busy, plus a full time job and a very busy husband.
