My name is Holly. I am 19yrs old. I am a sophomore in the nursing program at UW-Milwaukee. My friends and family mean the world to me and I dont know what I would do without them. When I was a sophomore in high school I lost about 40lbs, but after a series of stressful events, mainly involving family members becoming ill and rushing to finish high school early so I could begin college, I gained the weight back, and plenty more. I've never really been a highly active person and for the most part have been on the heavier side my whole life. I'm looking to change that so that I can be healthier and happier!

I am a college student going into my sophmore year of college in the fall and I would really like to loose all the freshman weight I gained over the summer.

I'm a 21 year old philosophy undergraduate. Asian (chinese), and a recent convert from pescetarianism to vegetarianism. I used to be an athlete (till i was 16). After I stopped training, I went up from 105lbs to a high of 130lbs in about 3 years, due to bad dietary habits (junk food addiction) and a pretty much sedentary lifestyle. Lost 5lbs after I started eating less junk, and another 10lbs from diet (about 1500cals/day)+exercise. Trying to maintain my weight now, and improve my health and fitness in general by eating right and exercising regularly but not excessively. My interests include art (painting especially), movies (the arty farty types), literature (i usually avoid horrors, thrillers, chick-lit... the mainstream stuff) and music (i've been through many phases. but i can say for certain that i'm just incapable of appreciating hip hop, dance and trance music.) I also like supermarket-browsing.

I am 21 years old finishing my senior year of college. I am a full time student, part-time employee, and full-time girlfriend. I have started to struggle with my weight as a senior in high school. I always seem to be attempting something but never sticking to it. I have gained over 40lbs since graduating high school.

My name is Katy and I am a senior at Indiana University majoring in Journalism and Photography. Starting with my teen years, I have always been a bit overweight until recently, when I feel like I have gotten completely out of control and really need to get back on track. I'm tired of my weight keeping me from doing and enjoying things in my life, and my worries about my weight are constantly a confidence downer. I'd like to feel happy and healthy in my own skin and wear whatever I want to wear and feel awesome about it and myself.

Im a college student home for the summer. i play rugby, which, though uncommon, is a very, VERY intense sport. our new coaches want us to win state in october (our season starts in sept). clearly im trying to get in shape for the season, because i dont want to go to back to school and get my ass kicked by my coaches. ive always been athletic. i look very athletic and muscular to others, but i feel so gross about myself. i really really really want to find the motivation to lose weight, because i really hate the way my body looks.

i graduated and i gained soooo much my last year & right after graduation because of stress and other things

I am an 18 year old student. I am currenty going to a community college and want to be an Elementary Teacher. Me and my mom have decided to do this together (she is ttiser70). I am also 233 pounds and 5'4".I want to be able to feel better about myself and hopefully find someone to be with.

I am a 23 year old college graduate from Upstate NY. I used this site to lose about 20 lbs a couple years ago and I've gained all that weight back since. Starting on Jan 1, 2009 my boyfriend and I are going to have a weight lose competition. This spring he lost a bunch of weight and gain all of it plus some back, so we want to keep each other focused.

i am 19 years old and just finished my first year of college at the university of rochester, where i row. Before school i went from 175lbs to 140lbs, over the year a little bit of that has crept back up on me.

I'm 19 years old and just finished my freshman year in college. I definitely came back with the freshman 15 and am 145 lbs at 5'10. I gained 8 lbs alone a couple weeks ago when I went on a week long vacation to San Diego and now that I'm back I'm ready and determined to get back in shape!

I've lost almost 30 pounds. ******UPDATE - I've lost almost 40 pounds! 165 to 126. Took almost 3 years. *** Feel free to read my daily notes for tips on using this site, and for other helpful ideas to help you with your weightloss and fitness journey. Let me know your thoughts!

Senior in college; business and spanish major. I'm surrounded by bad habits so it's hard to get motivated sometimes and stick to my plans. Alot of stuff going on around me at all times so it's easy to find excuses.

I'm a 3rd year Microbiology major at University of California, Davis. My freshman year of college I was at the peak of my physical fitness, weighing approximately 140 pounds. I'm currently 160 pounds and I can no longer fit into most of my clothes. I attribute the weight gain to my lack of exercise (I used to be an avid runner) and my stress as a college student but now I just want to get rid of these 20 pounds and then some!

I am 5'7", 19 years old. I have gained about 20-25 pounds since I went to college and I want to lose that and then some!

I'm Kim. I'm twenty one years old and currently living in a small town in Pennsylvania where I go to college. I'm a psychology major with a minor in philosophy and I'm finishing up my second year. I'm originally from Pittsburgh and I absolutely love any metropolitan area, although Philly and NYC are my favorites. I love to just wander around and see what I find. I spend most of my time reading(memoirs mostly), listening to music(kindof pop-punkish and alternative, I guess), hanging out with friends, shopping, and learning things I'll never need to know.

I'm a 19 year old girl from Alberta Canada. I have just finished my frist year of College in Saskatchewon. I like adventure and trying new things. I believe in full confidence and i believe through stretching yourself and areas of your life confidence will become a display of what you think about yourself. I am working this year in Edmonton at starbucks and Lululemon, I hope to go back to school next september to get my degree in social working. I want to move to Vancouver B.c eventually but we will see where the adventure takes me. The adventure is life.

I'm a 21 year old college graduate. I'm a vegetarian which means it's hard for me to stay away from carbs. I love to dance and play softball but with my busy schedule I find it very hard to do much excercising.

I'm a 20 year old college student that gained around 30 pounds my first year and a half of college and then lost it my junior year. I've always had a little extra baggage and I'd like to finally loose the rest of it.

I am a 23 year old mother of a beautiful baby girl named Lillie. I am graduating with my BA in 2 weeks and now that I am nearing the end I can finally focus on myself and my health.

i just graduated from uc berkeley and will be working as a barista and tour guide this summer. luckily, my jobs are physical right now, but i will likely be settling down into an office job, and i want my weight under control. i like to bike, swim, and run -- but sometimes not as much as i like to plant my ass in front of the tv and watch bravo all day, or lay out in the sun with a book. i need to motivate!!

I am a 20 year old college junior from New Hampshire. I am about 5'7 and weigh 235lbs. I gained around 30lbs since I started college and have decided to make a huge life change. I want to gain energy, look better in clothes, and basically live a healthier lifestyle.

I'm a college student, heading into my senior year. I love writing, reading, hiking, politics, coffee, and anything that makes me laugh.

I'm 19 years old and attending Michigan State University. I'm getting my undergrad in Hospitality Business, Psychology and Japanese. Hopefully will be able to travel within the HB program and am just in love with psychology. I love going out and having a good time i'm funny outgoing, loud and have a huge personality. However, i feel ugly while all my peers around me have great bodies. Also, my family has a lot of health problems - diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure - so I'd like to lose weight, get in shape and become healthy if I want to make it past 60 down the line. Also I want to get strong and fast to become the best darn rugby player in Michigan.

I am 5'7" and 20 years old. I am a runner but unfortunately was just diagnosed with shin splints after a bone scan which really hurt being able to run off the end of the school year diet during exams and parties and such. Last summer I ran with my neighbor's dog a lot, Gus, he is this huge labradoodle who is so fun and whenever I go visit seems so upset I am not there to run with him because I can't :-( the only way i know to shed weight seriouysly has been running. Last summer I was on steroids for a rash I had from a dru interaction and gained a bunch of weight. By the end of summer I was running 6 miles a day on average and slimmed down to 135 lbs which I felt confident at. I am working full time in an internship so I sit at a desk but I have been excercising in the companies nice gym everymorning at 6 am before work. I am hoping this helps. I have been doing their spinning class which really works me hard, last week one guy had to quit before the end of class. I also have a horse who I love to ride after work and on weekends. I love going upnorth to my cottage and waterskiing and swimming.

I am a 22 year old fifth year college student majoring in History Education. Currently, I am the heaviest I have ever been weighing in at 160 pounds. Ideally, I would like to lose 15 to 20 pounds by the end of the summer

I'm 22. I officially weigh the most i have ever weighed. 142 pounds.

Please help anyone I need motivation to lose weight I feel so uncomfortable I do not like the way my body is structured. I wish not to purchase any new wardrobe until i get back into a size 14/16 in in a 18 now. So I'm looking forward for assistance from any1 with a few good advice on losing the wight fast.

I am 5'5 and the last time I weighed myself I was at 240. My heaviest was about 255 but since then I have been trying to cut back. I love to watch comedians and swim. I'm a happy fat person but I know that I would be alot happier if I was at a healthy size.

I attend Virginia Tech. I have been in WW for almost 2 years. When I first joined I was able to lose 20 lbs! Being in college, I have gained most of the back. I want to be able to feel good about myself when I am out and comfortable in my clothes. It felt amazing when I was at that point. I dont remember it being this hard. I feel like I was able to eat more the first time. I am currently interning for the summer and will graduate next May in business.

19 years old, just finished first year of college. I'm going on a vacation to the UK in July, and I'd like to be a little slimmer by then.

Hi, i went to college and never drank alcohol before. this was my problem. i use to drink and then eat late at night. before i went to college never drank and never ate at night. it is just when you are at college you do not have a bed time and you do not have a curfew so you can stay up all night long. well this is what made me gain 20-25 pounds. i went to school weighin 147 and came back in jan 167 then march 175. now i weigh 165 i lost some weight but now i am at a standstill and i am not loosing any more. help!

I always liked sports but have never had the body for it. I guess I just love food too much even though I pay attention to WHAT I eat I think my biggest problems is HOW much I eat

I've been pretty chubby since I was in gradeschool. I always wanted to lose weight, but never had the mindset to do so. I was around 150 wehn I started college, and unfortunately, I gained 20 pounds after two years of it. (Yes, our cafeteria sucks!) Well, after gaining all that excess weight, I decided to finally lose it all! I think I'm in the perfect mindset to do this. I am very confident that I will lose weight, so hopefully this becomes reality! Starting Weight: 170 lbs Goal Weight: 150 lbs (for this summer) 135 lbs Dress Size: 14

I just finished my freshman year at college. I have always been a very athletic girl but have also always been a bit overweight. I exercised regularly this past year but still managed to put on about 15 pounds. Now I am home from school for the summer and i have gained another 10, even though i am still working out 3 or more times a week. I really want to get a hold of my eating, i feel like food controls me and i need to control the food.

I graduate about two years ago from the Univ. of Florida. I will be starting graduate school this Fall. I dont want a repeat of the past four years. Grad school is hard and I dont want my old habits to continue.

I am a college student majoring in Politics and Accounting...planning on Law School. My BMI is still healthy, but I'm not in very good shape and have gained some weight in college.

I'm a 19 year old full time college student. I'm currently taking summer classes and working. I'm pre-med and I'm also majoring in international business. I hope to loose weight so I can have more confidence in my appearance and to be healthier.

I'm a nineteen-year-old college sophomore in Massachusetts who has struggled with weight since starting high school. I used to dance, but since starting college, I've lost a lot of energy and don't have much to spare on dance.

I am a college student. I love running. I gain weight from binging. I recently lost some weight only to gain some back in the past three weeks due to binging.

I am a 22 year old recent college graduate. I will be attending graduate school soon. I have already lost over 100 pounds on my own. However, I have been on a plateau for the last year. I am diligently working to break this cycle and get to my goal weight. I would like to lose 40 more pounds total.

My name is Amanda and I am a 20 year old college student. I love being active and doing outdoor activities. I was once diagnosed as obese and have been fighting the weightgain ever since. I gained thirty pound back during my freshman year of college and have been trying to get into my top physical form since!

I'm a 20 year old college student at Nebraska. I've been chubby since grade school and i finally want to buckle down and lose the extra weight. I really want to be healthier and of course look good in cute clothes! I've been on numerous diets, but can never quite stick to it. I hope here I can get the encouragement I need to finally reach my goals.

I am 18 years old and I am a freshman in college. My lowest weight I remember being in the past few years is 190....my highest is what I am right now. This summer I have been eating everything in site, and not exercising at ALL. This needs to change, and I'm working on it!

I'm 20 years old and entering my junior year in college. I've never been really happy about my weight, but I gained a lot going into college and not playing sports like I had been in high school. Started losing weight through WW this summer before my older sister's wedding and have gained some back since the wedding. Need to find/learn how to not get distracted from unhealthy foods and keep exercising while juggling my extreme busy schedule of classes, being an athletic trainer, and playing tennis.

I'm about to be a senior in college. I've always tried to watch what I eat, but end up stopping after a few days. I was very active in high school, but since then I work out about 3 times a week at best

I'm a 19 year old sophomore and a science major. I danced three days a week until I went to college, so I like to think that's one of the reasons behind my emotional eating. I still exercise, but I have a big eating problem when I get stressed out, which is often with my workload. I gained 10 pounds last year from this, and I'm very petite so it was noticeable. My eating habits went back to normal over the summer and I lost almost all the weight I had gained at school.. and I really don't want to gain it all back!!

I'm 22 years old and have started grad school. I've been chubby my whole life but college definitely put me over the edge. Im tired of not feeling confident, of hating shopping for clothes, and of feeling gross when I eat in front of people.

Hello. My name is Dina and I'll be 21 in December. Every year I tell myself that I will lose weight before my next birthday and so far I only gain weight. I'd like to make lots of excuses and say I'm a busy student (I study engineering, senior year) and there's no time, I don't eat healthy and I dont exercise at all. I do have a time problem, but I hope this group would help me make my way around it

i had major brain surgery and i'm trying to recover from a loss in my equilibrium and balance. PT will help me stay on track with a healthy diet. I really have to push myself to get the results i want!

since i started studying at university i have gained a fair amount of weight and i now feel that i need to lose this! I spend a lot of my time studying, working and volunteering. i work as a support worker and volunteer as a playworker for mentally and physically disabled kids. i have a degree in psychology and am currently in my honours year. thats about it...

27, Graduate Student

I'm a 19-year-old women's and gender studies/anthropology student. I'm a vegetarian, though I'm attempting a transition to veganism. I currently try to not eat dairy products, though cutting out eggs will be difficult, as my school doesn't have a great vegan selection. Overall, I get easily discouraged, and am an emotional eater, which doesn't help.

I'm 21 years old, recently engaged, and planning a wedding while finishing my last year of college. I live with my fiance and our dog, Reagan.

Im at Uni doing Batchelor of Business, possibly changing to nursing next year.. we will see. I have only just finished my first year and am waiting nervously for results which are released on the 30/11/07

I am 19years old, 5 feet 1 inches in height, and weigh about 115lbs if I am not mistaken. I don't like going on the scale because it makes me feel so nervous. I looked at my weight lost progress based on how my clothes fit. I have lost about 15 lbs a year ago and I think I gained that 5 lbs again. I tend to eat mindlessly so I need to be more focused on my body's need.

I am 23 years old and I am currently in my first year of graduate school. When I started college I was 5'4 and 108 lb. However my thyroid condition and a pretty stressful college career left me at 122 lb. My first goal would be trying to get under 120. My problem is even if I work out I still can't seem to lose weight and I know it can't be the food I eat because I am very health consicous.

I'm 19, studying Design and Psychology in New Zealand.

I'm a freshman in college and I want to stop submitting to the easier but less healthy living style on my campus.

Hello my name is Georgi , I am from Transylvania , Romania , I like sweets a little to much and I am a little lazy so you can see what my problems are . I want to learn how to eat healthy and in proper portions .

I've gained thirty pounds since I graduated from high school, and I'm ready to get back down to a body that I like looking at in the mirror. I'm a senior at Penn State, and I would love to be 130 by the time I graduate in May.

I am almost 20 years old and in my second yr of college. I have always seemed to struggle with my weight, and finally want to take control and loose it.

College sophomore and an athlete. Lost alot of weight at the end of hs/early college. I'm 5'11" and about 200 lbs right now, and a 12/14. I want to be a size 10 but maintain my curves. My hectic schedule makes it hard sometimes to find workout and eating time, thus I sometimes skip workouts and over eat in the evening.

I am a 21 year old college student at the University of Iowa and I am very involved, working for two degrees and two jobs and a few student organizations.

22, Married, graduating college in March.

I am 19, a full-time college student. My major is chemistry. I also have a part-time job and I am a full-time mom. I just had my first baby ( a little girl) on December 5th, and I want my body back. Overall, I want to return to my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to regain muscle in my abs (Get rid of the flab/baby pouch). I also want to tone up the rest of my body especially my butt, thighs, and pecks (my boobs sag now from breast-feeding). Basically, I want to look good in a bikini again.

i'm a senior in college majoring in telecommunications. between my hectic class schedule and working part time, i usually grab food that is most convenient. Also being 21 and wanting to celebrate my last semester of college, that means i put that horrible toxin - alcohol into my body on the weekends. i'm looking to lose about 20-25lbs by graduation in may. i want to look better when i go out on job interviews considering i am in the media industry. i also work at a well known retail store and always feel like 'the chubby' one. i've never been a soda drinker and i hate sugary beverages. i usually only drink water and unsweetened green tea.

24 years old. I am married and have a daughter (6 months old). I work M-F 8 - 5. I also go to school in the evenings M - TH 6 - 10. I'm working on my B.S. in Computer Science. I am 6' 11" and weigh around 235 lbs.

I am an art student at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. I recently broke up with my boyfriend of three years.. and though it was a mutual break up.. I came out of the relationship with baggage. 50 pounds of baggage. I now weight 189 pounds and it is my number one goal to get back to a healthy weight and be an active person once more.

I am a 1st year University student, studying Life Sciences, and enjoying my time at university! :)

hi guys, i am a college senior- I'll be graduating in May. I am also about 20 pounds overweight and extremely uncomfortable with the way that I look. Being in college, i'm constantly surrounded with things that throw my life off balance: cheap, shitty food, alcohol, drugs, and a crazy schedule. i am looking to find a balance even in this ridiculous environment.

I'm a 19 year old freshman, majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Russian and German. I go to a service academy so I don't have a lot of time to myself and I have no choice in what I get to eat. We have to go to the mess hall three times a day and eat what they serve us. I am a strict vegetarian so I guess that that is good in that it eliminates a lot of what they serve us. I work out at least once a day 6 days a week but I'm trying to get that to twice a day. I really want to lose this weight and I don't know what to do anymore!

Im a 19 year old college student in Boston. I have definitely been plagued by the typical college weight gain. My main focus is getting back into the healthier eating style I had pre-college and getting more active. Ideally, Id like to try to lose 10-15 pounds so I can get back to feeling completely comfortable with myself

I'm a 23 year old grad student attempting to lose weight.

I am a 21 year old junior college student at the University of Louisville. I am an accounting major, and active in the UofL Marching Band.

Im 21 student at Johnson and Wales University studying Culinary arts. Being a culinary major I went WAY over freshman 15!! Im going to be working on Nantucket Island and I want to loose weight!.

I'm 20, a senior in college, and the ultimate yo-yo. Currently I'm 5'3 and weight 150- but my innerscan (fat%, BMR, etc) is pretty ugly. In the past 4 years I've had 2 significant weight drops- but only to gain it back again. I was a D1 athlete with about 20 hours of forced excercise and plenty of pressure to loose weight, however, since quitting swimming I have been unable to maintain a workout plan for more than 1-2 weeks.

I'm 21.. and I've always been overweight. I've had a hard time losing weight in the past. Last year I lost 16 pounds to Weight Watchers and gained it all back. Now, I have been losing weight since June 16th and hope to reach my goal. I love to design, relax, read, cook, and hang out with friends. I love food and trying all different kinds-- not always a good thing!! I'm a full-time college student and will be graduating May 2009 from RIT.

I was 137 lbs and happy before I went away to do fieldwork in a cold environment 6 years ago. I gained 26 lbs in one summer and have been struggling since. I am now at 156 lbs. I'm a 33 year old grad student and spend most of my time at a computer.

I'm just trying to get back in shape so i can play collegiate soccer again, and get healthy while spending some quality time with the coolest chicks ever :)

I am a 19 year old college student. I'm a geek and love the computer. I like to play video games, design and build electronic devices and am currently pursuing a electronics engineering degree

Im 19 years old in College, studing BioChemistry. I used to run cross country and track in highschool, but since then I have been trying to stay in shape by working-out. In highschool I had a horrible diet where I wouldn't eat anything all week and then right before a race I would splurge. I don't competitively race anymore, but my eating habits have stayed the same.

I'm a 23 year-old college senior studying international relations. I have gained 25 pounds since last summer, and have become really discouraged about my appearance. My self esteem is suffering. I hope to slim down significantly by May, using eating right and exercise...

I am a senior in college trying to not let stress get the best off me. I want to be healthy and stop giving into unhealthy food that never leaves me satisfied in the end!

I'm a college student from Michigan, gained 15 pounds freshman year and hoping to lose it soon! I love being active, but its so hard with school. A big cripple is that I love to drink--lots of calories!

I'm 21. I'm from Oregon. I like being outdoors and organic foods. I'm also a college student.

I am a 20 year old from Saskatchewan, Canada. I have always been very concerned about my weight. I have never been "overweight" but I have always had issues with the way i look. In high school I was very disiplined with my eating and excerise. After high school i started working in a resturant and gained 15-20 pounds. I have been struggeling for the last year and a half to lose the weight. I have trouble keeping a routine going becuase of my hectic schedual and emotional eating. I would just really like to be proud of myself, and that means having a more stable, healthy and active lifestyle.

I'm 18 years old. I'm a pre-med major, a.k.a., crazy. I know that my lifestyle contributes to my weight gain, as well as my medical condition.

College student valuing education. Athletic, but not skinny. I like to go for jogs and play soccer. I like going on dates. I have a pretty messed up sleeping schedule.

I used to be in shape. I was an active and healthy athlete when i was a teenager but now as a 21 year old college student; fast food, alcohol, stress, and a pack of smokes a day as destroyed my body and left me 220lbs, unhealthy, and depressed. Its been a week since my last cigarette and though its been rough, i know its the first step in becoming an active, healthy person.

I am a 21 years old female, I work with kids and go to CFCC in NC as well. I have been over weight since 2nd grade and can never seem to have the motivation to lose weight. I am now just tired of always being what ever about my weight and want to do something about it. I like team sports, but stop playing them back in high school, thinking of getting back into them.

21yearold female, 5'7, living in New York City. That's probably all you need to know.

I am a 19 year old college sophomore. I thought that the freshman fifteen was just a myth, but it didn't stop there.

I'm a college sophmore who weighs about 140. I hope to get back to my precollege weight of 120 by the end of this summer!

I am 21 and was born and raised in Charlotte, N.C. I am a senior at The University of Alabama and will be graduating this May. Steadily I have gained/lost weight throughout college and now that college is coming to an end, I want this weight battle to end as well. I am 5'4, weigh 154, and am a size 8. My long-term goal is to get down to 125-130 range and manage it. I have struggled with my weight/body issues throughout my adolescense...I struggled with belimia and have depression, a lot of this has to do with poor body image and low self-confidence. I am sick of living this way though and am ready to make a change. I want exercise to be a part of my daily life, as well as eating healthy.

I'm a 23 year old college junior (I changed my major in my third year, so I'm a little behind) studying business. I work as a cashier in a hardware store, which is not nearly as awful as it sounds. I am obsessed with fashion, photography, and DIY.

I am a college student graduating Spring 2010. I always thought I would be in shape by the time I turned 20, then I changed that goal to be 21. I'm 22 right now and I'm not going to put this off any longer.

I am a 20 year old college student majoring in Public Health. My mother is a weight watchers leader with a tiny size 4 waist, most people don't think we are mother and daughter considering she looks about half her age and dresses with a great and modern fashion sense, I love her more than anything in the world, but it is very hard to live up to her expectations, especially when it comes to weight loss.

I'm 22 and in college, and the one thing that will keep me from achieving all of my goals is my weight. I used to be a swimmer, and once I stopped swimming I guess I never stopped eating like one either, so I've been consistently putting on pounds for about 6 years, and now I'm just sick of it!

I went to college and gained the freshman 20.... oops. I have a problem with weight in my family so being on a diet is nothing new to me. I'm also a dancer, and I plan on starting to audition for professional jobs, but that definitely requires a better body. So here goes!

I am a 19yr old student studying Event Management in Sydney, Australia. I have had weight and self image problems for most of my life. I want to take control of my life! I love food and have a lack of self control. I need to get motivated because I want to be happier and healthier and feel good about myself.

I'm 19 years old and in college. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I recently started eating healthy and not eating any fried or processed foods and find that I love it. I've never really liked fast food or soda, but have always had a weakness for processed food like chips but now I find I don't even want any of that stuff. And I actually like exercise now because I feel energized afterward. :)

I'm a 21 year old university student marketing major in my third year. I gained the usual freshman 15, in addition to my already overweight body that I had before. I've tried countless diets but nothing seems to work, a friend recommended this site to me so I'm giving it a shot. I'm hoping to lose about 40 pounds within the year.

I am going to be a junior in college and I love to teach, so my majors are English and Psychology and I am in the teaching department at my school.

College-aged female trying to get back into shape for both aesthetic and athletic reasons.

I'm 20 years old and I'm from Dallas, Texas. I'm currently a junior in college.

I am 5'9 first and foremost. Currently in college, 21 years old, have been struggling with weight since I was a child. At age 12 I had to get two sinus surgeries and dramatically went from huge to an unhealthy 117 lbs. As most people know once you lose weight you aren't always happy because there's extra skin and problems from being big. Anyways, I am fluctuating in the 140/50/60s lately and goal is to be back in the 140s! Peer groups always help so leave me comments :)

18 years old, female in college, 5'6" 155 lbs, 26% body fat. Training for a triathlon and trying out for club soccer this fall. Want to be 140 and 20%BF

I'm a fun loving 22 year old. I just graduated college, and have recently moved back home. I have found that it's much easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle when I was living on my own, but unfortunately, it's just not possible right now. I've always been overweight, but I used to be a lot more active than I am now. Some of my hobbies include playing sports, surfing, the beach, and spending time with my family and friends. I want to learn how to maintain a health lifestyle so that I can continue to enjoy these activities.

I'm a 22 year old college student

Senior in college

I am a junior in college and have gained some weight in the past three years of college and I am in a long term relationship, which I think makes you kinda let go a little! I'm just looking for a little help to shed a couple pounds!

I am 20 years old and a sophomore in college and at my highest weight ever, which is 230. I have always struggled with my weight from the time I was in elementary school. My goal is to loose around 100 pounds. I know this will take hard work and dedication but I HAVE to and NEED to stick to my guns about this.

I am 19 years old in college. A couple summers ago I was a whopping 141 lbs! Once I started college I was walking a lot more, had no money/time for snacks or regular meals and along with that, had a bunch of anxiety. I was then 119 lbs and LOVED IT! I cannot tell you how good it feels to lose weight, go shopping and feel great about yourself. I am now 128 lbs and still gaining weight.. I want to stop my old habits and start a new/healthier lifestyle of a toned body and great food ...not sitting on the couch, eating ice cream.

I'm a freshman in college looking to lose some weight, but more importantly, to live a healthy life!

I am a 19 year old college student. In high school I was busy allll the time with extracurriculars, but I have a lot more time in college, and I've begun a lot of mindless eating. I have always been overweight, but it's getting ridiculous. My jeans don't fit, and I really need to get back into them!

Hi I'm a 25 yr old female, and I'm in the process of receiving my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I love to go diving, camping, spearfishing, and boating, and I enjoy drawing and taking pictures. Overall I'm a very easygoing person.
