I am 34 and have been happily married for 13 yrs. We have a little boy who is 5 and a baby girl that is 1. I homeschool my son who loves to read and learn. Our family is very involved in our church and love being together.

Hi there!! I am a 31-year-old with a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I have been married to my handsome hubby for close to 5 years now. I work in the medical field as an auditor. My days start early around 4:00am and end around 9:30pm, when I am leaving out a HUGE sigh as my head hits the pillow!! :) Like other Moms, I have a sometimes 'hectic' life that I wouldn't know what to do without!! :) Progress Note: I have lost 15 pounds since May 1st and 11 pounds since joining and forming PT team on June 22nd. The support and determination I have found through my new friends on PT team is amazing.... I weigh less than what I was when I was married!! :)

Im a mother of 2 boys ages 11 and 9. I got seperated in 2006 and now have a great boyfriend. i am a animal lover and i work with the elderly

I just turned 38 last week...married for 12 years..I have twin girls age 8 and I work outside the home. Very busy with competitive dance and horse back riding lessons...4 nights a week...its my children that do the phyical activity not myself.

I am a 32 year old mom of 3 adorable boys-- 7, 4, and 1.. married for 9 years. I work with adults with traumatic brain injuries and am just realizing that this is my time... I am done having children, not done being a mom.. but no more added to the lineup! I currently weigh 278, am 5'9" and know that I will never weigh what those charts say I should. I have been athletic all my life, but now lack the energy and confidence to play like I used to. I want to change!

I am a mommy and a teacher. I have 2 toddlers and work part time as a Kindergarten teacher. I stay home with my kids Mondays and Tuesdays and work Thursdays and Fridays at school. Every other wednesday I either work or have a day all to myself. I am 34 and have not really exercised at all in the last 3 years. I weigh 25 pounds more than I did before I got pregnant with kid #1 and would like to get back to the 130 pounds that I was when I got pregnant the second time.By the way, I am only 5 feet tall). Before I got married I was a work out freak and a real gym rat! I don't know what happened. I really have NO interest in exercise any more. If I get a moment to myself, the last thing I want to do is go to the gym!

I am a soon to be 28 year old woman. I have brought four children into this world from 2002 to 2007 and achieved a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education as of Dec '06. My youngest child will soon be 1 year old. I have a wonderful husband who is supportive of me losing weight "if that's what I want to do". I love my life but I need to lose the extra weight if I want to stay in it!

I am a 32 year old mother of 3 Preston 13 Aleshia 8 and taylor 4.

35 yrs old. Mom of two boys. Homeschooler. Happily Married. work from home. interested in community projects, organic foods, simple living and outdoor fun.

I am a stay at home mom with 2 wonderful kids!!

Married mom of 2 children whom I homeschool. Work full time as houseparent to 13 teenagers. Love my job being a "full-time mom". But as a mom, it is difficult to stay healthy. There always seems to be a good reason to not find me time to exercise....and eating healthy is a challenge....This is something I need to do for me...and really be committed to.

I am in my mid 40's and a mother of 3 children. I work full time as a teacher and have very little time for myself. I want to make myself a priority and be and feel healthy.

I am 35 years old and I have two children. My son, Jordan, is 13 and my daughter, Morgan, is 5! I am a registered nursing student and I just completed a personal nutrition course so I am going to put my newly acquired knowledge to the test!

I'm a 30 yr old single mom w/ one beautiful 11 yr old daughter. I've struggled w/ weight and food most of my life. As a child I was heavy, then lost weight all during high school (mostly by not eating). I stayed pretty thin (never thin enough in my eyes though) through age 25, then I went through a bout of depression after my dad died, and gained a lot of weight. So far I've lost almost 40 pounds since late May. I've gone from a size 16/14 to 8!!

I am married with a 4-year old daughter. I struggle with depression and emotional eating. I want to eat healthier and exercise to be the best me I can be, for myself and my family.

I'm a thirty year old working mother of two and who has just completely let herself go. I am not perky, not easily motivated, and really bad at dieting.

I just turned 38. I have an active household that incudes my husband, 2 girls ages 3 and 7, and our back lab. I work full time. I've always struggled with weight issues but I've found that balancing a busy family and finding time to take care of myself is difficult.

I'm 37 and have been married 11 1/2 years. I have 2 children, the oldest is 8 1/2 yrs and the youngest almost 6! I love setting and working towards a goal...even though they are sometimes a real challenge.

I am 36 years old and have 5 children- 17, 12, 11, 4 and 2. I also work full time and am single. I recently ended a 10 year relationship so it has been a tough 4 months for me. I am an emotional and boredom eater.

I'm a Christian Stay at Home mom of 2 children, 2 and 4 years old. My husband is a pastor and we are survivors of Hurricane Katrina. I love to cook creative dishes and scrapbook.

I am a 32 year old SAHM of three children (4,3 & 2). It has been very hard for me to get exercise with 3 kids and I have been making very poor eating choices.

I am a mother of three- 10, 9 and 5 ( almost 6)! I have busy days and nights. I work full time. My husband and I are auto brokers. We stay busy! The problem is that I have lost my energy. I need to find it again!

I am a 40 year old mom of two boys. I'm 5'2'' at 21 I was 118 at 31 I was 129 at 37 I am 158. at 40 I am now 135!

I'm a 34 year old mother to a beautiful 8 month old girl -- her father and I were actually married and divorced -- we're now living together trying to rebuild what we can of our relationship. I have also recently returned to my full-time job (I'm a writer for a Fortune 100) after being at home for 6 months. I'm lucky enough to be able to work from home and have a daytime sitter. Nonetheless, I'm always tired, frustrated, cranky, and rushed and I just love this little baby to pieces and know I can do so much better for her. I I've always struggled with weight, either being too skinny or too heavy, never satisfied, constantly obsessing over food or whatever substitute I could find to replace the food obsession (for years cigarettes and alcohol, then running -- which helped me look and feel great but destroyed my knees). Before I got pregnant, I quit smoking and cleaned up my act; I promptly gained 20 pounds. Once pregnant, I went haywire and put on about 70 additional pounds. I am 5'10-1/2" tall and now weigh a whopping 250 lbs. I'm so ashamed of this and frustrated in my attempts to lose. I've started working out religiously again, even jogging with all this extra weight and these painful knees, because I can't stand how it feels to be heavy. If I could get 60-70lbs off, I would be elated.

I am a married mother of a four year old girl and a 14 month old boy.

I am a 31 year old mother of a 3 year old boy, a 2 year old girl and a 10 month old girl. I have been married to my husband for almost 8 years and we have been together for almost 13. I used to be thin in high school and very athletic. In fact, I used to be a size 2 and, since I was so active in sports, never had to worry about what I ate. Then came college and a long term boyfriend (now husband) and the pounds started pouring on. I was no longer in sports and eating and drinking like most college kids do. By the time I graduated college and got married, I was a size 6 or 8 and had put on the typical 20 pounds that a lot of college students do. I work part/full time (depending on the time of year) as a CPA and I tend to put my family first which leaves little time for me. I'm ready to change that.

I am 27 yo I have 2 children CHristopher (CJ) is 7 and Chayla (Chay) is 2 going on 25. I have a fiance but of course he is not a good supporter. SO K need some close girls that understand where I am coming from.

i am married with 5 kids, ranging in the ages of 12 to 2 years old. i work part time in a hospital. i love to be outdoors, yet find myself thinking about my fat arms and my big thighs. i dream of being comfortable to let loose and just have fun.

I am a 31 year old, single mother of an nine-year-old little girl. My goal is to be 135 lbs. I am currently at 152. I was 164 around the Holidays, but now I am stuck. I am hoping that corresponding with others in a similar situation will help me through this.

I am 23, married and in the Air Force stationed in Germany at an Army hospital right now. I am a medic and work the Pediatric ward working 12 hr night shifts. I have a beautiful 18 month old son. I have always struggled with my weight and I have problems with food which is why I am here. I think about it all the time. I gained the majority of my weight a few months before and during my pregnancy weighing in at 254 the day before I delivered. I lost about 50ish pds (since my delivery) and need to lose about 50 more. I am tired and need to make a change. I have a lot of stress in my life and money is tight... it's hard to eat healthy and finding time to excercise.

I'm a 26 year old new mommy to a 9 month old beautiful little blessing named Addison. I've been married to my husband for almost 4 years (in October), and have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. I suffered from an eating disorder in high school but recovered from that once I went to college. After getting married in 2003, I packed on almost 40 lbs. After having my daughter in Feb. of this year, I've been struggling to get OUT of maternity clothes and into my pre-prego clothes. I just want to feel like myself again around others, and esp. around my husband. check out my myspace at www.myspace.com/magray

I am a stay at home mom/biz owner (I work from home a couple of hours a day) I have a daughter who is 4 and a son who is 6 months. I find myself munching throughout the day. I am totally an emotional eater. Stress, sad, lonely I go straight to the pantry. I am just so over it. I really don't know what it feels like to not feel self conscience about my looks. I justt want to feel good about myself and keep up with my kids at the park.

I am a 23 year old mother of two girls...my kids are 13 months apart. Im married and live in Indiana...I just sit at home all the time and ive gained so much weight. :( I was 240lbs when i got pregnant and i gained 45 lbs then i got pregnant 4 months after having my first daughter then i gained about 60 lbs with my second daughter...i only lost about 10lbs.

I'm married, have 2 daughters, 11 and 8. We have 5 dogs. My husband works 2nd shift and I teach.

I'm a full time mommy to 3, and caretaker of one more. I have my 3 kiddos a 6 year old little boy, and a 3 year old little girl, I also have a 3 month old little girl.. I'm also temporarily raising my 9 year ol cousin. I also work full time in an exceptional ed classroom, and I go to college 2-4 nights a week. The oldest 3 are in football and cheerleading so we are REALLY busy and I can't focus large clumps of time to any one activity.

I am a single mother of 5 boys and have been struggling with losing weight since I had my first child. Now I am done having children(about time!) and want to lose about 50 pounds. I have learned some bad eating habits through the years with the stress of raising children. Ihave also passed these bad habits onto my children. My oldest child is overweight and I feel guilty for not providing him with a good role model . So I have decided its not too late, but I better get started before it is, and that's what brought me here!

I'm 27 and a married mother of2 children. I have a 3yo little girl and a 9mo little boy. I work full time in a business office (where I sit on my butt all day). I try to eat healthy but run into many walls because of my husband and my father (who also lives with us) that REFUSE to eat anything other than meat and potatoes. I'm tired of making multiple meals and feel like my life is spent at work or in the kitchen. I'm having a rough time loosing the weight I gained from my second child and I feel sickly and tired all of the time.

I am a 28 year old SAHM of two boys and a little girl. When I first started dating my husband about 5 years ago I quickly gained 40 pounds. Since having my two children I have realized how important it is to live a healthy life-style. So here I am, trying to lose the weight and eat right.

My name is Stephanie and I'm a 22 year old mother of 1 and pregnant AGAIN! I live with my loving husband and infant son (Steve and Lil' Steve). I'm a stay-at-home mom who does in-home childcare off and on for extra income. I live here in Alaska and enjoy going out and exploring my new home state (I'm from AZ) as often as weather permits. I had my son this January and am having a difficult battle getting off the pregnancy weight but now I'm pregnant again. I've always been over weight and now, with the post-pregnancy weight, I feel absolutly terrible about the way i look. I love to workout and love to eat but i tend to make bad choices with both (too much of one, not enough of the other). I want to lose my pregnancy weight and more to feel better about myself and to be healthy and have enough energy to chase around my son. Oh, and I'd love to go shopping with my skinny sister-in-laws and be able to buy clothes at the same stores, instead of having to go to Lane Bryant or the plus section at Wal-Mart. And I want to feel comfortable wearing shorts or a knee length skirt (I HATE my legs).

I am 28, married and a mother of two girls, it's hard finding time between working, cooking, cleaning, homework to find time to go to the gym. I don't necessarily have to lose 20lbs as long as I can say I'm happy with the way I look, feel. I want to be able to run around for hours with my kids and not be out of breath and have to take a break every five minutes.

I'm 31, and a first time mom to a 13 month old son named Knox. I haven't succeeded in getting my body back into shape this year. I work three days a week and spend two days with my beautiful boy. I sometimes struggle with the stress of being a new mom, and not getting anything done, and I probably eat more than I used to, and I work out less. Trying to find the balance in taking care of him, and taking care of me.

My name is Jennifer. I'm 33 yrs old. I am happily married and am a SAHM of two preschoolers. We live in sunny South Florida! I love hanging out with family/friends, music, traveling, entering sweepstakes, cooking/entertaining and surfing the net!

I have been married for 8 yrs in Sept; I have a 14 mo old daughter; I work for my employer full-time from home; I am easily stressed and haven't been serious about doing what it takes to lose the weight, even though I really hate how I look and feel.

I am a mother of one. I work full-time and attend College full-time and manage to exercise 6 days a week.

I am a stay at home mom of five girls 9, 6 year old twins and 1 year old twins. Yes it is a handful and I feel like I am running all day and I have 25 more pounds of that baby weight to lose. I feel like I eat pretty good and am mostly active but something is not working because I struggle to lose the weight.

I was pretty cute through high school (although I thought I was fat) I got married at 22 and weighed about 135 which is pretty small for me, but still could have lost 10. 1...2...3...just recently 4 kids later I am at my all time high.I think I have lost the initial "baby" weight from my newborn (she is 9 weeks old) and the rest I think I have to do on my own. I have been married for 9 years, we have 4 girls, ages 7,6,3 and 9 weeks. My husband is great and supportive and never makes me feel bad about my weight. I am really unhappy with my appearance and want to change that...

I am married, work full time and have two boys ages 2 and a half and 10 months old. I enjoy scrapbooking, when I ever get the time to do it! I really find it difficult to try and squeeze in exercise so I recently bought a treadmill. Now if I can only find the motivation to get up at 5 am and workout before my crazy day begins!

48 year old woman. Computer Network Administrator for a Metro School district. Married - 2 grown children.

I'm a 38 year-old SAHM of 5, and I'm finding that I can't lose weight as easily as I used to. I eat when I'm bored, and I'm a cookiaholic! My youngest just started 1st grade, so I am alone at home with the food--YIKES!

32 years old- have 2 year old triplets- feel like I need a change and I want to get back to my high school graduation weight

I am in my early 40's, married, with one child and a dog. I work full time. I have to get up early to work out but sometimes I end up waking up the whole house and feeling guilty about it.

I am 31 yrs old and am finally a stay at home mom, I have 3 boys, twins that are 8 yrs old and a 5 month old. My fiance is currently away working in iraq and I am here at home holding down the fort and trying to make the best of each day while he is gone. In January we are supposed to be taking a family vacation to disneyworld and i am wanting to lose my goal weight and be in better shape by then. I have noticed that since Josh has left I have, I guess in a sense been eating to feed my lonliness of him being gone, and I want to break that habit and get back to a healthier me.

I have a wonderful husband for 8 years a 3 yr old daughter and 1 year old son. I have always been on the smaller side until I had both of my children. I need to stop going to mcdonald's for convenience and start cooking heathlier foods for me and my family. I hope that if I can get myself back into a healthy lifestyle that everyone else will just follow me.

I am 25 married with 3 kids under 5. I live in Australia and study Law and Commerce full time at universitys. Im also my hubands secretary to his own business. Life is hectic and I struggle to find time time to exercise and often eat badly. I can barely recognise myself and know its time to make a change.

Married (stressfully), with 2 kids (3 years and 9 months). I'm a stay-at-home mom (for now) and am really stressed and depressed by 24 x 7 mom duty (husband not much help but he believes that he is). Going back to work soon and would like to be able to fit into at least one of my old business suits.

35yrs old, nursing a 6-mo-old. work full-time as a software designer. work mostly from home. also have an 8-yr-old, 5-yr-old and 2-yr-old. in a relationship for 13 yrs.

I am 28 years old, married, and mother of identical twin 2 1/2 year old boys. I work full time as an accountant.

Mid 40's, work from home Mom of 3...late teens/early 20's. I have always struggled with my weight, but was thin...downright tiny...for several years before I had children. I find it very hard, even now that the kids are older, to allow myself the time I need to take care of me.

I am 33 yrs. old almost 34 on Feb. 7. I am a stay at home and go to school too. I have five wonderful children 16 and 8 year old daughters and 9,4, and 3 year old sons. I will be married 10 years on Feb. 21 and I am looking forward to another year with my lovely husband. I decided to lose weight this year and stick with it for myself and no one else. I want to run with my children and to see them graduate from high school, get married, graduate from college and to see my grandchildren that they will have for me.

Am a mother of 2. My Son is 3 and my daughter is 15 months. After having my daughter through Caeserian Section, the fat on my lower tummy somehow is impossible to burn. Please advice!!!

I am a special education teacher who has two little children whom are wonderful and I get husband too. I have always battled my weight for as long as I can remember and I am tired of it. I realize that this is a life long goal not just a couple of months. It took months to put on the weight and now I need months to take it off.

I'm a single, working mom of three (11, 5, 4). I need to get motivated to exercise. Between commuting 1.5 hours everyday, taking care of the little ones, homework with the bigger one and getting dinner on the table, it's hard to find time everyday to fit in any type of exercise.

I am a 34year old mother of 3. My youngest two are twins who are about to turn 5. They weighed 7.1 and 6.14 so I carried almost 14lbs of baby. I have tons of extra skin to get rid of. I am starting nursing school in August and work full time as a scrub tech at the hospital. My husband is losing weight with me and it's been a great thing to do together.

My name is Kim, I live in Maine, currently married (no comment) and I have three beautiful daughters who are my world, Alyssa will be 13 in two weeks, Breanna just turned 11 and is autistic, Jenna is 9. I work fulltime as a Medical Assistant in a very busy Emergency Department.

I am a 32 year old mother of my six month old son. I am an attorney who works from home and I am finding it very difficult to squeeze in workouts. I actually do enjoy the gym and I have already lost almost all of my pregnancy weight (Thank God). I have six pounds left. But, I would prefer to be closer to my law school weight of around 135 - which means that I actually have 24 pounds to lose.

I'm a SAHM and massage therapist.

I am 5'7 318lbs with a weight lose goal of 150lbs. I have always been heavy but never weighed so much. I have a 9 year old daughter and a 3 month old daughter. I am struggling to lose weight. I was 289 before I got pregnant and went up to 352. I need lots of help and encouragement. I work full-time and attend online college classes at Strayer University. I eat when I am bored. I love snacking rather than eating a plate of food.

I am a 39 year old Christian woman and I am happily married to my high school sweetheart for 22 years. We have 2 sons in college, and have 2 beautiful daughters that we adopted from China. Our youngest daughter has a serious medical condition that will require many, many surgeries in the years to come and I have focused on my girls so much that I have steadily packed on the pounds. I want them to be proud of their mom, and I want to have enough energy to keep up with all that life throws our way

I'm a married mom of a 14 yr old boy. I work full time and run my son to all of his activities; which never seem to end. Hence making Tym4Me!

HI! I'm a 36 yo, divorced mother of two children (son 10, daughter 9) and I'm new to the area. I work from home and haven't been getting out much. I love working from home for the kids' sake, but I don't feel particularly motivated about staying in shape. Worse, I've been eating whatever I want to because it's right there and I'm bored. I start school again part-time in January and would like to be able to fit into something besides sweats by the end of the semester.

I work parttime and a SAHM w/ 4 littlechildren and 2 stephchildren(ages, 18/12/4/2/1/4 mos). I want to be a better influence to my children and need to incorportate better eating habits and have more physical activity with the family

I am a new mom and a high school teacher. I love food and cooking!

I am 31, married and have 2 very active girls, aged 11 and 5. I am 5' 3" and around 240 lbs??? I was a VERY active kid with sports and school and when I had my first daughter (when I was 19) that all changed! I live in a rural community and only have dial up :o( I am definately not a "girly girl" and Iove the outdoors and animals. (Hoping to eventually have a hobby farm)

stay at home mom, grandma, dealing with an aged father

I am a 31-year-old mother of two beautiful boys. I live in a VERY small town and am a stay at home mom so I have access to the food in the cupboards all day long. If I am having a bad day I am not afraid to use it either! I am an eater when I am stressed and my food of choice is anything fattening! I have finally reached a point in my life when I really need to get my eating under control.

I have 2 boys and 1 girl, all under the age of 10. I want to be active with them as they get older. I have a wonderful husband too, who could also stand to lose a couple of pounds! I work part-time as a wound care nurse.

I am 23 years old an im a stay at home mom. I have put on so much weight since my daughter was born, I weigh more now than i did full term with my daughter. I weighed 180 full turm went back down to 160 after she was born and now I am over 200 lbs. Needless to say the pregnancy didnt help my metabolism any. lol.

I am 43, married, with 2 boys ages 6 and 12. I need to lose 50 to 60 pounds. I have struggled with weight since college days, when I started on the emotional eating roller coaster.

Age 37, stay-at-home mom of two boys ages 3 and 1.5.

A married mother of one with a terrific job as a teacher. I am very active, but struggle with my weight.

I have depression problems and my weight gain makes it worse. I moved from baltimore to hebron and do not have any friends or family up here. I have a 16 yr old son a 9 yr old daughter and a 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 yr old daughters.

Mom of two children and I am a Office Manager for a Pedorthist

Proud Mommy of a 13 month old baby girl

I am a 27 year old mother of 4. I have 3 girls, 10, 6, & 3 and a new baby boy that I am nursing. I love my family very much and want to be heathly for them. I want to show them by example how important your body is and that it is work to take care of it but you can do it!! Also, so I don't have to be the mom who doesn't want to go swimming just cuz I don't wanna be seen by anyone in a bathing suit, LOL!!

I am a happily married non-smoking 39 yr old mother of 3 teenagers. Two are graduating from HS this spring and my youngest is a Freshman in HS. My husband and I own our own business and I work from home as the bookkeeper.

I'm 48 and love to run. great family but a crazy busy life. Working, meeting family needs, stress eating, not working out enough and too much time in the car have combined to add 13 pounds of discomfort to my life.

26 Year old Wife, Stay at home mom of one 22mth old boy.

I am married and have 3 boys that are 14, 12 & 11 and they are busy and very active in sports. I am on the road daily as a merchandising rep, so eating is here and there.

I am a stay at home mom of two.

I am 43 years young, married to a wonderful man 22 years & have 2 beautiful daughters 17 & 12 years old.

I am mortified about my weight gain, and I am the heaviest I have ever been. I always worried about my weight, but I was a size 10-12. I would love to be that now, but now I am over 200 lbs. I try for a few weeks, and see little difference, get frustrated, and go back to eating too much, and eating the wrong things. I feel like the elephant in the room. The elephant no one talks about, but the elephant everyone knows is fat.

I'm 38 and work part-time as a psychologist. The rest of the time I'm running after my georgous 18-month old twin daughters. I always seem to feel tired. I'm still partly breastfeeding but hoping to wean towards their second birthday. Never used to have a weight problem - except always wanting to be 10lb thinner. Now I'm struggling with having learned to eat loads during the pregnancy and breastfeeding. Almost all the weight had come off, but now I find it creeping back up. I live in a beach town and dread revealing this body this summer.

I am 19, a full-time college student. My major is chemistry. I also have a part-time job and I am a full-time mom. I just had my first baby ( a little girl) on December 5th, and I want my body back. Overall, I want to return to my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to regain muscle in my abs (Get rid of the flab/baby pouch). I also want to tone up the rest of my body especially my butt, thighs, and pecks (my boobs sag now from breast-feeding). Basically, I want to look good in a bikini again.

I am 30, a mother of two boys. I work full time and I go to school part time.

I'm a mother of a toddler who went back to work just a few months ago. I recently ran a half-marathon which makes me sound like an athletic person, but I'm really not. Like many moms, I sometimes have a hard time balancing motherhood and a job and taking care of myself. I'm here because I'd like to meet other people trying to make positive changes in their lives, and because I've found that accountability is crucial.

I'm a 30-something crafty-artsy mother of three young children. A Canadian living in the US (since summer '07) and partner to N since 2000.

I've been married for a year and a half and I have a 7 month old son. I've steadily been gaining weight since 7th grade. I was never able to lose weight but since my son was born I have lost 63 lbs and am looking to lose 60 more.

I am 31 with a 12 year old son. I currently work during the day as an accountant and at night I wait tables at a popular Italian restaurant. I love to be outdoors and spend time with my friends and family.

I am a mother of a 3 year old, self employed who loves wine and sweets! I am a fitness fanatic..love to run, cycle, play tennnis, wt train, pilates, yoga..you name it, I love it! I love to munch througout the day, and love to have wine in the evening..which makes me more hungry and I end up eating way more than I want to!

I am a 34 year old stay at home mom with two little boys ages 3 & 5. My 5 year old has a mild form of autism called Asperger's and it is challenging, but he is a great kid. I am a 2002 graduate of the University of Montana, but I have not worked in 6 years! I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and now am back up to being uncomfortably overweight. I struggle with compulsive overeating & bulemia. I lost 50 pounds on South Beach in 2004, but gained it all back after I became pregnant with my second child. After a weeklong vacation at the beach with my super fit extended family, I now have the resolve to lose these pounds! I started at 244, & My husband is also dieting with me and needs to lose about 70 pounds.

I lost over 50lbs on the weight watchers program after I had my daughter. Well I found out I my son was on the way and I gained it all back and then some. I just really felt a little lost in my own skin. At one point I found out my mother had breast cancer and well while my weight lose should have been a top priority I just let my self go even more. She is doing better now and I am trying to get back on track.

I'm a 39yo, WAHM with a 15 month old daughter and a great hubby (who unfortunately doesn't need to lose weight!). I have started working on my weight loss and am down about 10 pounds (the easier 10 because it's kind of my setpoint) and now I'm starting to work on the harder, haven't been moved since college pounds! It's more important to me that I set a good example for my girl and that I have more energy to play with her, than it is to lose weight, but I would really love to see that scale move down!

I am 33 years old, married with 2 kids, ages 2 & 6. I am a stay at home mom, but do work from home about 2 to 3 hours a day.

I'm 27, married & have a 1 1/2 year old son. I am very lucky that I have a job that allows me to work from home, but I have found that since being at home I'm now having a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym. I played basketball in college for a team which was nationally ranked in our division and was in great shape, but between marriage and a recent pregnancy I am overweight & very upset about it. I've gotta get back into shape. I love playing volleyball, basketball, softball, going to the gym, spending time with my husband & new baby, love doing anything outdoors--hiking, camping, fishing, boating, etc. I'd love to meet others who are around the same age & dealing with the same issues as me. I don't have many people to talk to about my weight & my husband doesn't understand how hard it is for me to lose weight. He's naturally athletic, muscular & skinny...he never has to diet.

I am a mom who gained 100 pounds while on bedrest for two years. Used to be a weight lifter and runner. I've lost some weight already, but thought I may benefit from PEERTrainer. It's been 5 years since I gained the weight... Time to get rid of it!

I am 35 years old student/stay-at-home mother. I've been married for 14 years. I have four boys ages 23 (step-son), 13, 8, 6. When my husband and I were dating I weighed 96 pounds. I now weigh 190. I can't seem to get it together to lose the weight. I eat emotionally and just don't want to turn away any food. I used to work out, so I know exactly how to stay fit. I just need the motivation to do it. I'm a member of Weight Watchers.

I am 32, married and mother of 2

Working mom of 2 daughters (ages 6 and 7) that I would like to teach healthy eathing habits.

I am a 32 year old (never get to)SAHM/ soccermom/ girl scout leader. My sweet daughter will be 12 in April & my wild-child son is 3 1/2. My wonderful hubby is an insurance agent. I have lived my entire life in Montana. I love being outdoors, but never seem to make it there very often anymore. As a kid, I was very athletic & I would love to be that again.

I am a married 38 year-old mother of 4. (18, 15, 10, & 5.) I homeschool 2 of them. I am a professional organizer and webdesigner. I work 9 hours a week as a library aide to get out of the house- alone. :-) I love to read, write, computers, and art . Mostly- I am a true Christian.

I am a mother of two beautiful girls, 15 and 4. I am a stay at home mom, and love it.

I live in the rainy northwest Washington, kinda depressing for working out :( I am 36, married for 3 yrs now with 2 kids. My son is a 'tween' and my daughter is approaching the 'terrible twos'. I need to lose at least 40lbs. And lower my triglyceride levels drastically Im told by my doc.

Just turned 39. Have 2 kids. Love to exercise but just can't always find the time (and sometimes when I get the time I'm exhausted).

I'm a mother of 3 boys ages 4,2, &1. it's amazing i'm even writing right now there is sure to be an interruption any minute.

I am a new mom to 10 month old B/G twins. I work full-time, so I'm having trouble finding time to eat right. I had lost 150 pounds on Weight Watchers before I got pregnant. Now, I'm having a hard time getting back on program.

I am 27 with one son

I have three boys--6, 4, and 16mo. I have lost the baby weight, but still have about 20 bs. to my goal.

I am a SAHM, with 3 kids of my own and two stepkids. My step daughters are 12 yro twins, my son is 9, my daughter is 7 and my other son is 4. I just broke my leg a month and half ago and gained alot weight from it.

29 years old..just under 200lbs. Trying to lose 20-30 lbs this year through exercise. Gained all the weight through pregnancy! Trying to get it off..some of it anyway. Stay at home mother of three boys..5 1/2, 5, 10 months.

I'm a married 28yr old full time working mom of a 2 year old boy. Before my pregnancy I weighed 125 pounds but gained 50 pounds throughout the pregnancy. I lost 25 lbs almost immediately after giving birth but cant budge the scale. It seems to be much harder to lose even 1lb these days.

I am a 31 yo mom of a crazy 4 yo and laid back (thankfully) 2 mo - both girls. Due to extreme morning sickness with both pregnancies, I actually lost a total of 55lbs while pregnant, only to gain 50lbs after the birth of my first. I've lost an additonal 40lbs since the birth of my second in February. For my health and sanity I'd like to lose another 30-40lbs. I work 4-10hr days a week at a desk. The other three days are usually filled with errands, working some OT, and cuddling with my girls (the husband gets a cuddle every once in awhile too.) My thyroid issues surfaced after the birth of my first - hence the 50lb gain! While I've now got an explanation, and we've got it under control, I'm not going to fall back on it as my excuse.

I'm 35, married, and have an almost-three year old son. I work full time as a supervisor in a state agency, and commute 2 hours each day. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life.

I AM A MOM OF 3 TEENAGERS WHO WORKS FROM HOME WITH HER HUSBAND. I SIT MOST OF THE DAY AT THE COMPUTER AND FIND IT HARD TO EXERCISE.

I'm a 25 year old wife and mother. I'm non-stop 24/7 between volunteering at school and helping my husband with his business. I love being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I'm really doing this to become more fit and take better care of myself. I also want to set a good example for my family about health and fitness.

Im a 23 year old mom who just started eating all the wrongs things!

i am a 37 year old mother of 2 (13 and 4) girls i am in the process of getting divorced

I am married, 20 years old, senior in college, and I have a 4 year old daughter.

I am married and I have a 2 year old son.

I am married and a mother of 5 children. Four of which are my own and one step- daughter. My childern are very close in age. I had four preganicies in five years so as you can tell I have gained a lot of weight. My baby turned 1 last november so it is way past time for me to start working on losing all the weight I have gained over the past few years. With my last two preganicies I had gestional dibetes. So losing the weight is extremely important. I am weakenend and am tired often. Not that running after a 5,4,2,1, year old is tiring enough. I am a stay at home mom so it is very hard for me to find time to myself. This never really happens. So it is hard for me to find things to do because I always have the kids with me.

I am 32 and have 2 young daughters. Happily married for 11 years. One big hang up I got fat (never dreamed it would happen). I haven't been thin since my 1st pregnancy (she is 5 now). Love to play sports and go dancing. I work part time at a bank and spend the rest of my time with my girls. I just love to eat non stop. Lacking motivation. I hate talking about being fat constantly and I know that noone can do it for me.

I'm a 34 year old sahm with 5 children who I homeschool. I have always battled my weight. Two years ago I began a new eating lifestyle. I started out at 220 and weigh 169 now. I am 5'8" tall.

I am a stay-at-home mother of three boys, ages 15 mos., 5, and 8. I currently weigh 240 pounds, which is actually more than I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant.

I'm a 44 year old married mother of two (5 yrs and 2.5yrs). I work 4 days a week at a desk job in higher education. Prior to having children I exercised regularly (group aerobics, mostly) and didn't worry too much about my weight. I just had a physical and did not at all like the weight trend line showing steady gain over the last 4 years. From 150 with plenty of muscle to 160 with too much of it fat. But mostly I miss exercise and think that for me that's the place to start.

I'm 24 year old mother of a 13 month old son, and full time office manager. I have a very stressful job and want to take EVERY second I am home to play and spend time with my son. This technique has caused me not loose the pre-pregnancy weight and continue to gain. I used to be an active person, need to get back to that mindset

I am a Mom who has 4 kids ages 19 mos, 3yo, 4yo, and 7 yo. I work full time and my husband is home with our kids. I have a very busy, fun and stressful life working full time with kids.

I'm married with 2 young children 31/2 little girl & 1 1/2 little boy. I was very active at one time.....I just don't have the time for me anymore & cant seem to keep myself motivated.

Well lets see I just turned 23 today and I was going through some old pics of me from about when I was in high school and when I had started college. But the thing is when I was in high school I weighed and whopping at the most 111lbs...I didnt even weigh enough to donate blood...but the catch is i was working out everyday three times a day, I was on the water polo/swim team and we were good so we worked out very hard!! No matter what I ate I knew I would burn it off, so I ate whatever I wanted to eat, whenever I wanted it, so it was mickey ds everyday!! So Here comes college, still playing/swimming but then i had a really bad knee injury that put me eating like i did before without working out and bam i was up to 140-150 wow...but then i got into a relationship and he broke my heart and i was back down to 120 115...got back with him got pregnant gained 80lbs...now im back down to 140 and i have lost/gained the same 5lbs every other week...wow...what a mess...i hate feeling the fat on my back jiggle when i run, so i dont do...and me getting back into ANY kind of swimsuit...ya right even the ones i use to play polo my back fat creates rolls and flab and i dont want anyone i knew from hs to see me in that!!!

I'm a busy SAHM of three: 7, 3, & 1.

I'm married, have a 16-month old son, and I work full-time. It's difficult to squeeze workout time into my daily schedule and I've developed very poor eating habits since I got pregnant. I was nauseous for the first 4-5 months of my pregnancy and it seems like once that stopped, I started eating everything and anything because I was so glad not to be feeling sick anymore. I'm a vegetarian and I love to cook and I usually cook healthy meals. My trouble is snacking at work all day and then snacking in the evening after dinner.

I am 28 years old with two daughters 4 & 6. I have been married for 2 years and I work 7-4 as a Field Applications Engineer. I travel once a quarter to Texas and other then that I work from out of my home. This is hard as I am consistantly around a kitchen.... I work at a computer desk so I do not get any exercise during the 7-4 and then my kids are home and it is dinner, showers, laundry, and bed. I wish I could find a way to be more active just cannot find the time. I realized by going through pictures that as I have gained the 35 lbs in 2 years that I have shyed away from numerous pictures. To where I was going through albums and seeing everyone but me. Or seeing myself and getting sick to my stomach that I let my self go this far. I would like to be able to look at the mirror and see myself as I use to be able to see me.

I am 28 yrs old and have been married for 6 years to my god sent husband. I have two beautiful boys ages 5 mos. and 5 yrs. My oldest just started kindergarten, truly a bittersweet moment. I am a stay at home mom and have my teaching license. I love the outdoors and working out I just can't seem to stay motivated.

I am a 36 year old wife and SAHM of a 2-year old and a 10 year old. I am also, and foremost, a Christian who loves Christ Jesus and seeks to glorify Him in spirit and in body. Visit my blog at: http://pro31woman.blogspot.com

I'm just about to turn 30 with a one year old daughter. I have always been a bit overweight, but about 5 years ago I got down to a healthy goal weight, re-vamped my eating habits, and got active! I'd maintained the loss ever since. I think most of those good habits are why I'm currently only 10 pounds above goal! I work part-time.

I am a 38 year old mom of 3 - one stepson - nearly graduating, a girl - 13 and a boy 10. I have been married for about 14 years to a husband I find completely adorable and hot! He does not have a weight problem and does not understand the trials and tribulations of such. I lost 50 pounds about 6 years ago when I began treatment for a thyroid problem. At that time I was monitoring what I ate and tried to stick to a 1200 calorie diet. I exercised about 4 days a week for 45 minutes at a time through cardio and strength training at home. We moved and I got back to my old habits. Gradually I have gained back 40 pounds of what I lost. I work from home and like to work out from home. I would like motivation from a weight loss buddy group. I quit smoking two years ago from a quit smoking buddy group. It is a good feeling to be accountable to others, and to talk to people who are going through the same things! I am serious about losing the weight and making the lifestyle changes necessary to maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life. Git R Done is my user name because that is how I feel right now...I just want to gitrdone and lose the weight for good!

I just turned 40 and I am a divorced mother of two special needs children: one gifted and one autistic with MR. I work as an emergency response therapist responding to suicide calls at schools, jails and emergency rooms. I've struggled with weight my whole life. I managed to lose close to 50 lbs after my spinal surgery and diabetic/fibro diagnosis by using a combo of anti-inflammatory diet/gluten free diet... then regained it back when my boyfriend moved in. I am so angry with myself for giving into the stress of his addictions and lifestyle.

Taking care of my family keeps me busy, so it can be difficult some days to find time to exercise, but I've realized recently I need to make time. I'm tired of being overweight; I want to be healthy. My interests are reading articles and books, listening to music, watching movies, and improving my relationship with God.

I am a mother of 3. Was pretty small before them and now just do not have the motivation to lose. My husband is overweight and now diabetic. We both need to get it together. I work full time and really need to put my mind to getting the time scheduled to workout.
