I'm 43, 5'2" and weigh 167lbs. Down from 180lbs last year. I am soft and sqiudgy and not liking it very much!! I had major surgery 4 years ago and lacked the energy and the will to exercise. I am going to Curves 3 times a week and loving it. I have lost 3% bodyfat since I joined.

I am 43,, 5ft.2in, and 180lbs. I just want to lose the weight and feel great. and get a man...loloo

I like to exercise, however because diet is 80% of the game, I tend to build muscle and not loose weight. I just need to watch what I put in my mouth. Cat

I am 36. i have a 12 year old son. i am also a working mom. the pounds started adding on about 2 years ago. stressful home life was what got to me. I started trying to reclaim myself. and have decided to work on the weight first.

I'm a 50 year-old administrator who makes no time for exercise. I leave home at 7 a,m, and return close to bedtime most nights.

Ok! So mine are 25 and 21 and I still haven't lost the weight. I actually have added to it. I just retired last year and am ready for a whole new me. I taught theatre and dance for 30 years and am ready to make a change. I had a partial knee replacement and that makes exercise difficult at times.

kids 23, 21 & 17. I just turned 42...153 lbs. 5'2" . Somewhere along the line, I lost my waist...and acquired too much junk in the trunk.

I'm 48, a college-age son, married for 25 years, and a Type II diabetic trying to control her blood sugars without medication.

I am a 4th generation carbohydrate addict. I've been a yo-yo dieter over the past 23 years.

Stay at home mother of 3 sons ages 13, 10, and 7. I began my journey when I read about the 6 gals who lost 100lbs in People magazine. Although I really need to lose closer to 80 lbs (to get back to my before children weight), I have set a more achievable goal of 50 lbs. I usually start strong, but then lose my motivation when I don't see results that I think are reasonable given the sacrifices I am making.

I am a 50 year old stay at home mother of three teenage girls. Talk about hormones... I am a professional dieter, I have tried them all but with limited success. I'm looking for motivation and inspiration, hope you can help.
