I am training for a my first marathon but have been running for 12 years. I am 22 years old and was born a vegetarian. I have a crazy sweet tooth and eat probably 1/3-1/2 of my calories a day in junk food! I don't need to lose a ton of weight but I really need to make some major diet switches.
