I am 24 years old and I have recently left the military. I am married but do not have children. My current weight is 280lbs and my goal weight is 230. My fastest run rme for two miles was 13:30. My goal is to reach that point again.
Happily married, working mom. Trying to stay active and healthy
I am a 33 year old with a set of two year old twins. I work in property management and have been married for three years. I have always been obsessed with my weight and have decided to try going online to see if I really can make a lifestyle change.
I have yoyo'd my entire life, been on countless diets, lost and gained countless pounds. I am now 51, health is starting to be an issue, borderline high blood pressure, heart problems and diabetics in my family. Since January of this year I have lost 48 pounds and have another 40 to 45 to go. Kids are grown and gone, now it is my turn to take care of me!
I'm 32 years old and unmarried. I am in the best shape I've been in (physically and emotionally) since high school but I still have more work to do. My overall goal is to get down to a healthy weight range (160-165) and to feel truly good about myself. I've been working for an athletic club company for the past 3 & half years and consider myself darn lucky to have fallen into this position. The attitude and environment that has surrounded me on a day-to-day basis has had a profound affect on my lifestyle. Unfortunately, I'm realizing now that it's time to move on in my career. I'm not particularly good with changes.

I am married to my soul mate, have three amazing children, work at a nursing home, and currently going full time to nursing school
I'm in my early 20s and, due to medication, have gained 40lbs in a few years. I am finally ready to fight back.
i love chips.
I'm married woman in my early 40's. No kids of my own but two grown step-daughters. My husband and I moved to Colorado over two years ago.
I have been up and down my whole life, mostly up, and have always wanted to be thin, always dreamed about being thin. I have gotten to a point of being "comfortable" several times. But, my end result was to gain weight back. I am now 50 something and truly need to become healthy!
Mom of two. Part-time Aerospace Engineer.
I'm in my mid-40's, female. I used to do ok with my eating and exercise but through a series of life events, gained a considerable amount of weight. I'm looking for ways to get back to a more balanced weight before I develop any health concerns.
I'm a 44 year old mom in the process of launching two teens and embracing the next season of my life. I will be reentering the workplace soon and need to have a healthy body, mind and spirit.
I'm a grandmother and have been retired for a year and a half. I'm very thankful for the new crop of activists dedicated to getting scientifically sound health information out there. I'm pretty disgusted with the traditional medical community for leading me astray for so many years and letting me get so sick. Thankfully thats in the past.
