i am 23 years old, and gained a significant amount of weight during college. now that i've graduated, i'd like to get back in shape--- eating healthy and exercising. i just joined a gym, and i am starting to jog for half an hour per day, and lift weights for half an hour. my goal is to lose about 2lbs per week.














Well... the skinny on me is that eventhough I am only 25, life has taken some big jabs at me. I got divorced not too long ago and lost my mom after a 6 year battle with cancer. Now I pretty much have no family, but I do have some great friends and a loving boyfriend. The only problem is that I have trouble sitting with myself, and by that I mean I use food, alcohol or whatever to help me forget about what has been painful in my life. Now I am 20 pounds heavier and the problems are still there. I am ready to face my deamons and drop some lbs along the way!

I'm a 22-year-old recent college grad and former athlete; I'd love to get back in shape and lose about 30 lbs. I lost a lot of fitness because of injuries (namely, tendonitis and a broken femur in '07) and plan to regain fitness through a careful but challenging workout regimen.


28 year old grad student who has been vegetarian for 13 years and on and off again vegan for the past ten years. I love the vegan diet and how it keeps me fit, but sometimes I need a little motivation (and new recipes) to keep me going. Would also like to tone things up for my august wedding.








Mom of two teenagers, 1 beloved beagle, married to college sweetheart. Have done alot of running through the years, have a great garden - mostly flowers in tomatoes. Work full time - split between home office, travel -- bit of all.
