I'm frustrated with my weight and my body is changling at a rapid rate. I can't make the little changes in my diet and lose a few pounds anymore. II have gain 30 lbs within 3 years and feel very uncomfortable and can't stand to look at myself in the mirror.

I just moved to the Sacramento area from the Bay Area. I used to be on a weight loss program at my old office and now here I am lost. I want to learn how to do it on my own and maintain my weight loss. I used to swim and play water polo so I used to be very fit.
